The sides are not square 6 1/8" in the in the back 5 7/8" in the front for the width.
around 4 1/2" tall
Thanks. I was coming home from a bike ride and passed a Maverick Lariat on the side of the road, about 1/2 mile from home that had ACC. After I got home, I drove right back with a tape measure and measured it. The measurements I got are just what you said. Thanks again for the quick response.

I keep getting this message every time I start my truck. Has anyone gotten this after adding adaptive cruise control?

You need to disabled rear park aid, in ipc module. Just use normal configuration instead of asbuilt, and search for word “aid”, then disable all warnings and settings related, write and test. Make a backup of your current asbuilt before, just in case.
Most of the asbuilt pasted here comes from Lariat with lux pack and rear aid, but, some settings are no related to acc.

Thanks for the information. I will try that when I get my truck back from the dealership, it’s getting a bad blower motor replaced. My truck is a 2024 BAP XLT lux package so it has rear sensors.

In that case, forget my comment and claim dealership about the issue. Your park module is having a issue.

Hello all. I have a 2022 Hybrid XLT with CP360 and Lux Package. Have been working on my ACC conversion. Installation of hardware went well with no problems. Started ysesterday with Forscan changes and have run into problems. All of the module programing went well except the IPMA. As soon as I start making changes, I start getting a message that says "FRONT CAMERA FAULT, SERVICE REQUIRED". I was using the guide originally posted by Baaron in May 2022. I double checked all setting and they are correct. But when I change IPMA 706 04 01, and after writing it, it will change back to the original settings. I change 0000 03C3 4018 to FFFC 27C3 8077, but it just gets changed back.

I was able to calibrate the CCM without problem but nothing works properly with the camera error. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know some others have had to make different settings but they seemed to be starting with a different model.

Hi, please Post your ipma part number and calibration levels, you will find it in forscan after connection, configuration tab.
Also post complete asbuilt could help.
did you have any error writing asbuilt?
Like configuration error or incompatible configuration ?
Did you try doing changes in normal text ?
You will find there two settings:
adaptative cruise control and acc type.

Update. Went back and changed all IPMA settings back to asbuilt. Then did the IPMA settings suggested by surfshark. Front camera error was now gone. But none of the ACC buttons worked. Then changed BdyCM 726 04 06 back to as built and changed 726 04 05 last digits from 88 to 90 also suggested by surfshark. Now all buttons work except when I try to set a speed, nothing happens. Getting closer but still not quite there. Any ideas on this last area? noticed that there is one other difference in IPC 720 04 01. OP had 0203 0140 00 and surfshark had 0203 0000 00. Have not tried that yet. Fcoplo, thanks for the advice, will try to find that info tomorrow.

Weird - haven't read of that issue before. Usually once you get that screen - you're golden and ACC is available.
CCM calibrated okay? You swapped the new steering wheel button too (don't mean to be insulting, but gotta start with the simple/obvious things)?

I can't think of anything besides going through the coding again. Make a spreadsheet if you haven't yet. Tedious, but helps.
Sometimes a new day/eyes is all it takes to find something. I let the battery sit disconnected over night, but that never fixed anything, but it also doesn't hurt...

Good luck!

The original post really needs to be updated - mods, please!?! This one line of code is definitely causing issues, and wasted a bunch of my time. My previous posts have updated steps/coding in a pdf that should be added to the OP.

Exciting update! removed negative battery terminal last night and reconnected today. Drove about 20 miles and ACC set and worked perfectly was on freeway and truck braked and followed as it should. even came to full stop after freeway at traffic light. Problem now is LKA and Lane Centering do not work. LKA on dash is green but will not assist with staying in lane. Not sure what to try now. So far ABS, IPC, PSCM, SCCM configured as suggested in the original post on subject from May 2022 by Baaron. IMPA and BdyCM configured as suggested by Surfstar. Thanks everyone for any help you might be able to provide. Was very excited to get ACC as that is what I originally was hoping to achieve. But loosing LKA is a bummer and was hoping for lane centering also. Blurry pic of dash included

Sitting over night with battery disconnected did seem to help! Thanks for reply!

I'd double-check the coding on my pdf last page - I noted which lines of code affected lane items. Also did you make sure they are enabled in your cluster settings?

Congrats - you're 99% of the way there! I was so stoked to successfully get ACC - well worth the time and effort.
Lane centering on my Mav is way better than our Toyota - more accurate and smoother. The Prius used to 'ping pong' between the lines a bit, and the heavier vehicles like Rav4 and Sienna are better, but still not as centered and smooth.

Boom, there it is! Thanks surfstar! I checked your last page and noted that under IMPA 706-01-02 and 706-01-03 also had coding that wasn't shown on the spreadsheet. The OP had coding there but I didn't try it again. I only used the coding from the spreadsheet. Everything works now i think. Haven't done any long-term checking but it appears to be good now. Yea!! I will post all of the info when I get a chance. Also, want to post some details and pics from install that others might find helpful that wasn't covered that I had questions about.. Thanks everyone.
