Yes mine just in dealership update software recall today 2/12/2024,With Lasfit LED update bulbs outside normal but hyper flash on indicator dash ,so may be I get Forscan disabled the turn signal Bulbs outage may be it working back normal kekekeOn mine the light blink speed is normal, but the dash indicator is hyper flashing.
Lasfit is your friendSame with my truck they did the update now I get the hyper flash on the dash only, anyone have the link for the new error free read lights ? I want LEDs in the back because all these idiots around me like to tailgate even when I'm doing like 10 over lol
I bought a similar version to these for my Honda Civic when I had hyperflashing. They're plug and play so no splicing wires. Worked great for about 4-5 years until I got my mavI legit wonder what kind of resister would need to be added to the lights to make them work properly. I mean this shouldn't be hard to do at all.
Same issue for me. Have only had my bulbs for about 4 months. If the bulbs were designed properly, they would have not triggered a dashboard hyper flash from only a software update. I have sent lasfit an email. Been a couple days and no response. Kind of bogus considering the cost. We will see if there is an outcome. So my son and I both installed LASFIT LED bulb packages in our Mavericks, (his 2022 EB AWD XLT Lux, mine 2023 Hybrid XLT Lux). He had his serpentine belt replaced under warranty, and they did the Turn Signal update, now he has Hyper-Flash. Anyone else experience this?
Everybody has issues with hyper-flash after recall repair . Relax and chill , I have the answer .So my son and I both installed LASFIT LED bulb packages in our Mavericks, (his 2022 EB AWD XLT Lux, mine 2023 Hybrid XLT Lux). He had his serpentine belt replaced under warranty, and they did the Turn Signal update, now he has Hyper-Flash. Anyone else experience this?
I’ve experienced that and this is not that. Once the resistor cools back down the blinker signal goes back to normal.I remember posts where if some (maybe lasfit's) were left on for awhile the resistors would heat up and loose enough resistance to make maverick think bulb was burned out. (The resistors are there to make the led draw the same as the standard bulbs). Also in some thread(s) someone posted that there is a "bulb type" setting that can be changed with for scan (I have no proof if that's true).
My Lasfit lights still blink normal. Only issue is hyper flash in the dash. Can anyone else who has LEDs in and had the recall done confirm this?....the truck indicates to the driver that there is a bulb out, but the actual signals flash like normal? the... "Here is the real "kicker to this whole situation. The turn signals indicators on the dash hyper blink, but NOT the actual turn signals!"
If that is the case, to me at least, I could put up with the hyperflash ticking in the truck, if the signals to everyone else is still normal pace. I would not be able to stand the hyperflashing lights to everyone else because whenever I see a driver with it (without LEDs), I assume they have no idea why its flashing quick and have no idea about how to maintain their vehicle. The ones with LEDs I assume just had no idea about canbus or load resistors and figured just put an LED in and itll work.
I am also waiting to see those who are more experienced with Forscan to see where the setting would be to remove the bulb out notification (assuming the bulbs still flash the same pace and not hyperflash). Or if there are other options in Forscan to fix this issue.
But there may be an option to tell the truck there are LED signals in...such as this post about the 2020-21 transit forums I came across.

Either way, if more people can confirm that after the turn signal recall with LEDs, if the truck actually hyperflashes the lights or just a driver indicator inside hyperflashing, along with if someone more experienced with Forscan can look into this issue more, would be great!!
The problem with leaving it like that is not knowing if the hyper flash is indicating a problem or not indicating a problem. My Lasfit lights still blink normal. Only issue is hyper flash in the dash.
