I just found this video, and IPC is identical to some XL and XLT.

Dear Friend,

But the problem is merely the annoying message. I will still use the seatbelts; I only want the chime reminder. However, waiting a minute or pressing 'Ok' is TOO annoying while you are selecting driving modes.

Regards!

I agree that this message is very annoying and would love a way to not have it show up on the screen. As you said, you can't select drive modes until it goes off the screen.

I always wondered why this annoyed people so much. I really never change drive modes.

This video is awesome. Has anyone confirmed this working yet? The seatbelt screen sucks and blocks all of my road trip data once I put the car in park and take off my seatbelt. And even if you plug your seatbelt back in the screen can not be cleared because the ok button will no longer disappear at that point. Thanks for posting.

Or you could simply push the OK button on the steering wheel to clear the screen! 😉
This is what I do every single morning but it takes 3 presses for it to actually acknowledge

The annoyance is having to press that OK button several times. It would be nice if we could simply disable the messages from appearing in the first place.

It’s the only vehicle I’ve ever had to click OK to so many informational messages before being able to do another task.

How ford should have done this car is a column shifter with the current shifter knob being the drive mode selector.

Is this just on the XL and XLT models? I've never seen it on my Lariat. I disabled the chime and I load the seats up often with no warnings. Either that or it was something I disabled in ForScan when I first got the truck and I just can't remember doing it. I know I did the hyperflash and remove/add/reorganize drive modes.
