With a Dremel and some ingenuity you can do just about anything.

What do you mean you changed the first 2 from 4D? In your pic you’re still showing 4D.Ok I think I’m onto my error…in the CC-M programming I changed all the values to my hexadecimal vin. However the first 2 digits the OP had as “4D” and I left those alone initially because I thought I was only to replace the “Vs” with the digits in the hexadecimal VIN.
After changing those first 2 digits it allowed it to recalibrate to 99% and one of my two DTCs in the IPMA module disappeared. It would not go past 99% though and still had the code on the PSCM along with the incomplete recal DTC for the IPMA/CC-M.
I’m now letting it sit again for an hour or so with the negative terminal disconnected
it has to be a Forscan issue. I’ll go back through all the setting tomorrow. IfRunning into problems….
CCM is not calibrating.
The status bar in Forscan does not move.
I made 2 long drives down the highway. Approximately 30 mins each.
During the first trip when I decided to turn back I pulled over and unplugged the harness at the camera. I got a lot of warning so that leads me to believe there is communication.
I checked my wiring and it is correct unless something is awry at the ACC sensor. I would have to pull the bumper to check there but I feel confident that the wires are connected per the diagram on page 1.
CAN Hi and Low are not reversed. I am getting power downstream of my power connection.
I currently have the battery disconnected and will let it sit overnight.
While driving if I tried to turn on cruise it advised that it needed calibration ornACC wasn’t ready. Something along those lines.
Anyone have any advice on what could be the issue?
This is a 24 XLT Lux with 360.
That's strange because I have the exact same vehicle configuration and didn't run into that issue. I got some errors from using the programming for the original post, but not what you're describing. I ended up using most of the settings from the original post except for the IPMA and BdyCM were from page 17Running into problems….

I recall I was betting ABS errors and many others. Seems other folks weren’t having that issue. Maybe because this is a 24?
ya I bought it new. Same part number as on 1st page. NZ6Z-9E731-A.Did you buy a Maverick specific CCM? Post the P# if you got it.
Not sure if you have checked this thread out on the Bronco Sport Forum, but I would cross reference it for any relevant CCM configuration data.ya I bought it new. Same part number as on 1st page. NZ6Z-9E731-A.
Oddly I can’t open CCM as built this AM. Get service interrupted message on Forscan. I can open all other modules.
Going to try and find out how to revert back to factory as built and see if I can get into CCM and start over. All other lines were correct. CCM was last module to verify VIN.![]()
Nice! I just got comma working in mine yesterday before my 11 hour trip. It's working great so far. I guess you know you need to modify the software to work with the hybrids?Success.
I had unplugged the power to the CCM last night during my testing. I used pin 4 at the camera and did not tap the fuse block so I have a quick connect there. Anyway, that’s why I couldn’t access the CCM this morning.
Once I got in the problem was the 4D on the VIN. I had changed it for some reason. (Must have made sense to me at the time.). I put 4D as the leading digit.
10mins of highway and I had ACC and lane centering.
Time to configure my Comma3x now.
I’m working on that. I have the job aid but it looks like some things have changed from the doc I have. There are 2 lines that have the self.hybrid line. One is already set to false. I’m checking the discord. Any tips?Nice! I just got comma working in mine yesterday before my 11 hour trip. It's working great so far.
