10" screen and sync 4 for the infotainment system - which is likely going to arrive with the 2025 Mavericks. However, I really am not bugged by the current infotainment system and screen size.
Standard one-touch up/down windows across all trims.
Adjustable headrests (similar to a Subaru Forester where you can adjust the angle forward and back, but at least the Maverick's doesn't push too far forward like my Model 3 did.)
Flip down headrests for rear seats to aid with putting the seat down and rear visibility without rear seat passengers (Someone put some in their Maverick from an Escape but won't match my Tremor fabric).
Split folding bench and rear seatback.
These are all pretty minor (sans the 10" infotainment screen) conveniences that could take the Maverick up a notch in feel and would cost Ford pennies on the Maverick's bottom line.
I wouldn't mind some softer touch materials that were more resistant to scratching and marking but its a truck and not a massive deal to me.
