Hi everyone! I'm going to be going on my first road-trip in my Maverick in less than 2 months. In the past, I've really not liked trying to put in air at gas stations. Most of the time, it seems that they are out of order. I'd like to have something that I can keep in the Maverick for "just in case". I looked on Amazon, but it's getting harder and harder to find something that is not a cheap knock-off from China. Too many things with the same picture but with different "brand" names.

What do you use and recommend?

This one works fine for me. Has plenty of power and stows easily under the back seat. They also have a digital version with automatic shut-off.

If you have the outlet in your bed (which looking at your build I believe you have), grab a quality 120v air pump and an extension cord.
I have one of these in my truck and I've used it more often than I thought I would, mostly helping others stranded with a flat. These have a little more power than the cheap 12V plug in ones and will give you a little more peace of mind knowing you have it and not having to worry about if the battery is charged enough for your needs or not..

Home Depot's RIDGID brand has a cordless compressor among its extended line of 18V tools with a lifetime warranty including the batteries (if you want to jump through all the hoops). It's served me well.

Ryobi makes a great high quality air pump. It can do both inflate and deflate for air matress and can inflate your car. I accidentally left mine out in the rain overnight and it didn't hurt it. Perfect for under the seat readiness. It will also turn itself off when it reaches your preset pressure.

I keep a Milwaukee M12 inflator in the car and have a M18 Inflator for the Maverick. I have several of their other M12, M18 tools already.

I use the Jf.Egwo 3000, air compressor and jump pack. Works very well. Usually around $100 us

This one is cheap, light and the automatic shutoff works. You punch in 35psi, connect, walk away.
It has 12v or 120v input.

one thing I don't like about it is that all of my inflatables for lake/river trips have adapters that don't fit whatever is provided with this compressor. but I have a separate inflator for those already, anyway.

Can I ask where you store this in the Maverick?

I have the drill form factor one, it works well but is slow and wouldn't recommend inflating a car tire from 0 psi. Works great for adjusting to cold weather and slow leaks though.
