I did some testing on my Tremor here

I think the fl-1a big boy won't fit on a hybrid but it's fine on the EB.
This weekend I crawled under my 2024 Lariat Tremor to investigate this.
The PTU is noticably different and I don't think that the service manual is valid. It appears to me that, just as in the bronco badlands, you need to remove the cooler to drain it and that the drain plug spot is now...
They both look easy enough to deal with using a pump, and assuming the PTU liquid intercooler uses a simple gasket.
I've seen other pics online about servicing these liquid cooled PTUs, but it would sure be nice to have a canonical manual.
Here are some photos of the bronco sport badlands...
I think you and I are saying the same thing. My question to you is that since you disagree with my information sourced from bitog do you have an alternative source of that information to compare?
Bypass valve setting is often cited as a single number for convenience but in reality is always a range.
The info I linked from bitog has the same average value for the 910. Do you have a more reliable source for the 400?
I got under my 2024 Lariat Tremor today to have a look and compare to what you shared here.
I have some pics which might show it
The PTU is different and those steps won't work. Just like the bronco badlands the drain plug appears to have been filled with a sensor. I think you'll have to...
Tldr:
I tested FL400s, FL1A, and Purolator Boss equivalents. They all fit on 2024 EB.
PBL30001 gets you just about 6qt, but it could possibly bypass slightly lower. Other options don't add meaningful volume.
I don't really want to open more debate about the merits of alternative or larger oil...
I installed this auto stop eliminator device.
Super easy, plug and play.

A catch can won't do anything related to fuel in the oil. The fuel never travels through the catch can.
Fuel has a normal rate of invasion into the oil in these engines but getting the engine up to operating temperature for long enough should promote fuel evaporation and consumption out of the...
They're both different, which is why the service manual here concerns me. Sometime in the next few weeks I'll get under my Tremor and look but I don't think these instructions are correct.
Maybe the fluid is the same.
