I'm going to track and share my progress here for my planned projects for my 2023 XL Hybrid in Cactus Green in case anyone finds it useful.

I followed this guide, but ended up using some differnt products. The guide was perfect, though, as long as you use parts that work, and it was pretty easy to accomplish. I ended up using the following products:
Wireless charger
Power Supply
Fuse Taps
I tried using the wireless charger suggested in the video guide above, but the one the vendor sent me was not the one in the video or the one pictured in the Amazon listing. It ended up not being compatible with the power delivery from the power supply (even though on spec it should have been). I ended up going with the charger linked above and it works great. Right now, I'm using the included magnetic ring mount, but it doesn't hang on in tight turns, so I'll be swapping out the metal ring for3MGorilla Glue strips.
- splice in a USB hub behind the USB panel so that I can hardwire my AAWireless module
- add some chonky Falkens

I used a brand called Patriot Liner installed by a local shop. Very happy with the result for $500.
- dress up the steelies (maybe)
- lift the front to match the rear height

I went with this tonneau cover from Rough Country and so far I'm very happy with it. Install was decently easy, except I didn't end up needing the 6 rubber pads that were intended to act as spacers/support between the cap over the side of the bed, and the bed itself. Installing them as indicated caused the rails to misalign. Could be because I have a spray-in bed liner.
- hide my garage door opener somewhere in the ceiling
-
I cashed in FordPass points for the letters.

I cashed in FordPass points for the tailgate assist.
-
I used a bracket from Sly Brackets, a company I discovered when I needed the same thing for my Jeep Cherokee ~5 years ago. I was super happy with the result then, as I am now with my Maverick's bracket.
- add power tailgate lock (guide)
- add some sort of LED DRL (probably a light bar style; open to suggestions)
