Been following since it was to late for a 2022. Passed on 2023 because of the lack of info by the order date. Placed an order for a 2024 but probably will never see it so I’m looking at a new 2023 if I can find the right set up and pricing.

My main interest/goal is to see what 2025 has to offer because Tim said it’s a year of change for the model. He used a automotive industry term for that change but I forgot the term. Many were hoping for a AWD Hy, ST, and possible an Ev for 2024, but not to be again. Something has to give in 2025 it seems as color are dwindling down, interior had not changed and packages like the Lariat Lux grew for 2024. Seems a few things have come full circle since 2022 offerings.

My predictions are,

a) New Interior color and maybe even a few dif colors! Maybe a dif shifter other than turning a round object. Other minor interior changes too?
b) Better selection of exterior colors with Eruption Green leading the way! Not a green guy but if you’ve seen the 1st Ed Bronco you know what’s to like. There will be a new Red color I’m guessing.
c) Trim levels more towards Tacoma way but not quite that far. So my guess is more than the 4 models that they already offer right now with each model packaged more like how the 2024 Lariat is offered.. Very little or more decked out In each model.
d) Cough, Cough, yet another price increase as it’s just the world we live in right now. Small but an increase.
e) Minor cosmetic body changes and styling. I think we will see fog lights offered or front grill changes.

Saying all this, if I find a 2023 soon, I’ll be trading that it in for a 2025. If my 2024 gets rolled over to 2025, it’s a blessing. If not I’ll cancel it and order a 2025 if some of things come to fruition.

What predictions do you foresee? Current owners should have more of a pulse than I do.

Lets hear em please

I don't see any body changes in 2025 coming if the trucks are still selling unless there's also a change to the Bronco Sport. Why would Ford waste money on retooling if they don't need to?

I think we'll see an ST version for 2025, similar to how we got the tremor for 2023.

Sync 4 and a larger infotainment screen, eliminating the cubby.

Eliminating the blue plastics (Navy Pier) inside for gray or beige neutral tones.

Revised upholstery, to go with the interior color changes.

Availability of the BAP on the FX4.

More LED lighting to replace cheap incandescent.

A carpet delete option.

Better looking front grills.

Redesigned sub-bumper with a fog light option.

I like the interior of my 2023 Lariat but change the door panels and dash to a less "scratchy" material/surface. Man, I scratch mine with my fingernails while I'm cleaning it if I'm not careful.

Put vinyl on the door panels if I could find the correct vinyl I would overlay it on my doors

I would expect:

An updated fascia, updated screen in the dash, potentially better door panels or minor interior updates.

Plug in Hybrid option, and or AWD Hybrid. (Batteries shouldn't be much issue then)

Hopefully some real colors. Not more of this Gray crap. Get rid of Blue parts inside. (Carbonized is nice though)

More aluminum in the body, and higher cost.

All LED lighting, including some form of fog light availability.

Sync 4 with larger screen

Some soft touch interior similar to the Bronco Sport

Maybe awd hybrid option with more power and can tow 4 or 5k lbs.

Some exterior changes. Maybe similar Tremor front style bumper across all models.

Bed grows to 4.8 or 5 feet.

Price continues to go up

As far as fog lights go I thought that I read somewhere that Ford was moving towards getting rid of fog lights on al vehicles built.

I agree about the shifter. I have made far too
Many mistakes with it. I am looking at the shifter not the dash. Maybe it’s because of the right is tight left is loose muscle memory.
I hope they move the ignition button. It is in a different location than the one in my Cherokee .based on other models the temperature controls will be moved to the screen. I don’t care for that as it causes too much distraction while driving.
You can probably kiss the basic XL goodbye. You will be forced to buy one with aluminum wheels.
You are right about the paint choices. Four or five versions of grey are not enough why not make all eight colors a version of grey.

The only prediction I can guarantee is that the price will increase.

I predict Ford will make a few cosmetic changes in/out, a few more tech upgrades and include them in the lux pkg or a few other model specific pkg. Fewer à la cart options. Then a $2500-$3000 price hike across the board. And last, but not least, MY25 will bring out all the whiners that expect a $40k - $50k optioned out pickup still at the $25k price range. That’s my $.02 worth. Speculation is always fun

Likely color options change.

I could see them stretching the platform price range to make it have a larger range. So, these are just wishful thinking.

New XL (basically, a fleet/work special):
Replace LED high beams with halogen from base
Remove 1-touch driver window from base
Remove cruise control from base
Remove hybrid as option
New STX (new lowest consumer option):
Same as current XL
XLT:
No change

Lariat:
Add larger screen
Add full digital instrument panel
New Limited:
All options of current Lariat Lux
360 camera
Vented seats
Integrated retractable tonneau
Standard BAP
Chrome grill
Wish list:
Bigger 17" offroad tire for Fx4 and Tremor.
