My 22 AWD lariat lux with copilot 360 and floor mats MSRP was $34,500 give or take a few bucks. I read the Eco lariat is standard AWD?

The thing that stands out to me is the availability of the 8 way power seat on the XL/XLT for only $285. That would have been awesome on my '23 XL.

That's a Fleet-only option on XL/XLT.

Same as 2023. 8-way power is fleet-only standalone on XL/XLT, included on XLT Luxury Package and standard on Lariat.

So I dont think I seen anyone comment on this yet, what does the "dealer invoice w/holdback" mean? because there are slight differences in prices and I am not sure what they mean. does anyone have a guess for what the EB private offer may be then? I see the "3300" number introduced, what about the ecoboost?

Edited: also my build has only gone up $500 from 23-24MY with same options I wanted.

Dealer invoice is what dealer pays Ford or dealer cost, but there are other factors on final dealer cost. Holdback was years ago 4% that only goes to ordering dealer and at end of year.

I know "invoice" price has lots of bells and whistles added to it and is not the dealers actual cost, but all versions of the Maverick have less than a grand difference. How can dealers sell them for "$1000 under MSRP"?

My understanding as well, remember dealer holdback is 4%, generally dealers make 6% on new vehicles. That is why they want your trade in typically 10% on trade + and why they push extended warranty 50%+ margin.

I'm not sure if this already in this thread. But, did anyone notice that the Lariat steering wheel is now Vinyl wrapped, not Leather.
Also, I'm going to miss, but can live without the keypad.

Not impressed with the 24 offerings/pricing. Holding off for the PHEV when/if it comes. My 23 will do me just fine until then. Just hope it keeps its high trade in value.

Yep, they took the only piece of leather away for more vinyl.

Once you order a MY24 to replace your un-built MY23, can you change the trim level after we know what the private offer will be? I ordered a MY23 base Lariat with a hitch for $29,355. I don't want all the Copilot 360 or lux stuff on the MY24. That's out of my budget. Thinking of downgrading to XLT with a hitch.
