Are you comparing '23 FWD against '24 AWD? Otherwise, show us how you get to $31,965. I can't make that number happen.

HRG
23 Lariat Luxury Pkg + CP360 (not CP360 Assist) (EB FWD or FHEV) is $33,210, unless using pricing from the start of MY23.

So for a comparable hybrid, it's $1,105 more than the last 2023 pricing. Comparable EB is $395 less.
Not sure how you got those numbers, but based of 24 Pricing a Lariat Hybrid is $35,730.

$34,855 - $720 + $1,595 Destination = $35,730

Comparable 23 Lariat is $33,960 with the Co-Pilot 360, Assist and Lux.

Edited: Fixed numbers on the -$720 credit for Hybrid engine.

So, I'm assuming the -$720 on the Lariat package is Ford's way to account for removed features?
That's just to account for the fact that a Lariat's standard configuration is now an EcoBoost AWD. So because the Lariat Hybrid is cheaper the option is technically a deduction in price.

I think if your MY2023 XLT build had a spray in bedliner (with free bed kit) and sliding rear window you are seeing the bite more... more of a function of packaging than price increases though. overall to build a comparable MY2024 XLT EB AWD my price is at about $3k more, so yeah 10% more.

Conversely, if you had a totally loaded Lariat, you might actually be paying less.

I'm missing those two- that's why the math is wonky is my end

Yeah our Tremor would have been about 1800 more and we wouldn't have gotten the inverter since it's on the lux pack.

For the hybrid version you remove the $2,220 AWD and add the $1,500 hybrid engine option. That's where the -$720 comes from.

Option 67H: 1 Keyless Entry & 1 Depopulated Key Credit of $250.

Is this option mandatory and is it given because MY24 Mavericks are only getting one key fob with buttons (lock, unlock, panic) and the other fob is just a key.

Not sure how you got those numbers, but based of 24 Pricing a Lariat Hybrid is $37,950.

$34,855 + $1,500 Hybrid + $1,595 Destination = $37,950

Wrong. Base '24 Lariat is $34,855, MINUS $720 for hybrid + $1595 = $35,730

Lariat is EB AWD standard - new for 2024 in US, already in force for Canada for 2023. That includes the +$2,220 AWD up-charge.

EB AWD is $2,220 up-charge (included in Lariat list price).
Hybrid is $1,500 up-charge.

$2,220 - $1,500 gets that $720 figure. Think of it as taking off the cost of AWD and adding the cost of Hybrid.

XLT lux package pricing basically stayed stayed the same once the bedliner and remote start were added back in after they were broken out in MY23. Bedliner is drop in instead of spray-in however.

My XLT Hybrid Lux CP360 build is looking about $3500 more expensive. I guess we'll see where the private offer ends up.

In the Order Guide Ford noted:
Not Required Unless Shortage is in Effect. Will be removed before order guide is published if no shortage by job 1
So basically they put that there as a placeholder just in case there is a shortage by the time production starts and they need to exercise that cost reduction.

If this is correct (and so is my math) my '23 XLT hybrid with Lux and BAP is $3835 more AND has no sliding window and a drop in POS liner I don't even want instead of a spray in! Doing the math the exact same set up in a Tremor is only $975 more!

Oops! Left the destination off the Tremor setup. It's actually $2570 more for a Tremor optioned the same.

Really got me thinking about doing an Escape instead as they are giving some decent incentives and lower financing rates plus higher X-plan discounts on them as well.

Also makes me want Toyota to hurry up and announce the Stout to see where they will align with Maverick.
Apples to apples it is $2,960 more but if Escape is an acceptable alternative then you didn't need a Maverick anyway.
