Haven’t got an email but dealer called
me out of the blue about 1p ET saying I had a vin number and build date. Who knows.

Give us some details, man! We're all suckers for punishment, and would like to compare your happy situation to our not so happy situations.

Was it Hybrid/Ecoboost? Luxury package? Date order confirmed? How fast did it take you to type in the 17 digits onto the Ford site?

Well, my dealer just called and said I am scheduled for 11/22. This call was about 10 days after I removed the Tonneau cover and the spray-in.

My vehicle is a Lariet hybrid, with hitch, 360, and interior 400w inverter. Ordered -6/12, Carbonized gray.

Alright!! Good for you. I ordered on 6/14 so I know you've been waiting a while for this.

No email for my wife yet. But, I called Ford and her order has been assigned a VIN number. I texted her dealer with this info and he responded and agreed and said her Maverick is scheduled built date is 11/22.

The link in your order confirmation email is just a link to a copy of the email, viewed on a webpage. It won't contain anything that isn't already in your email. I can't speak for Ford specifically, but most links like that expire after so many clicks and/or after a certain number of days. It isn't an order tracking link. That will come in the email that so many of us are constantly checking for today.

I just spoke to a lovely lady at Ford. My order was placed on 6/19 and she told me that if you have the XLT luxury package your vehicle production is delayed. The issue seems to be the spray in bed liner from what I got from the info she gave me. Sucks to wait but it is what it is. I ordered a Alto Blue XLT with AWD and ecoboost engine with XLT luxury package and tonneau soft cover fo reference.

Ordered 6/21. was a hybrid, lariat.
Changed to Eco two weeks ago and dropped tonneau
Going to cancel. Love my Jeep, that is my thrill ride
Bought a 2018 C300 MB a couple of months ago to hold me over and it is awesome. And now Fell in love with the C300 MB 2022, and ordering today, they have upgraded a great ride quite a bit. So no need for 3 vehicles.
To be honest, the lack of communication, and wild speculation made me weary. Good thing, had a chance to really look at the rest of the field of new vehicles.
Maybe a MAV down the road. Good luck all, I’m sure you will enjoy the truck.
