Wow, I'm really surprised to see someone else ordered from that dealership lol. I live right behind them, like walking distance from there. I ordered a lariat hybrid with all the bells and whistles in September too, still no news though

I ordered a ecoboost just because I really just wanted a truck and knew the hybrid would be tough to get this year. I built it pretty basic just for that reason. White XLT 2WD BAP and LUX and that’s it.

This is a great dealership. They are honest. Ordered my Maverick 10/16/21. Mark kept me up to date with everything. When my truck came in, I was in vacation in a different state. They put it in the back lot and wouldn't let anyone test drive it, kept it for me. Then when we did the paperwork my trade in was lower than what they originally quoted (I understood) so the manager told me to go to Carmax and Carvana and if I was given more than Xamount then take it. So I did. There were no extra or hidden fees. They honored the original price and finance. All in all a great experience.

Simmons Rockwell in Hornell, NY gets my vote. Been buying from them for 20 years or so. I missed the order period but they kept my name and called when a buyer backed out. Sold it to me at sticker price.

I purchased my Maverick from Woltz & Wind Ford in Heidelberg, PA. The staff there was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, taking the time to go over any constraint items that might delay my order and even suggesting they could ship them separately if needed. Once my truck arrived I was able to pick it up the very next day. The process was seamless. I just signed a few papers and drove off the lot with my truck, built exactly as I had ordered it. I've also had a good experience with their service department so far.

Props to Bob Chapman Ford in Marysville, OH....Ohio's oldest Ford dealer, third generation family owned. I did a hand-shake order on x-plan, and that's exactly how it went down, 14 months later. Still waiting on a build date for my XL.
