I will second this post. We purchased a 2022 Ford PHEV Escape SEL, a 2022 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid (which was subsequently sold for...), and a 2023 Ford Maverick XLT EB AWD BAP 4K Tow from Sean at Autonation Ford of Tustin CA. Every deal included incentives in place at the time of order, honored pricing, no ADM, etc.

I asked about X-Plan when I first stopped in, and they agreed, so I put a $1000 deposit down on 11/3/23. In my mind, a deposit helps legitimize the deal.

We had to go through the "2022 VIN Cancellation/reorder a 2023" process, but they gave me the updated 2023 order and it was still X-plan. Everything was as it should have been, including my $2750 Private Offer, and I did modify the 2023 order to add the BAP without issue. As per X-plan, DOC fee was $100.

Salesman asked me if I wanted a Ford ESP warranty, and I told him if they'd match the Granger price, I'd buy it. Never came up again. They knew they couldn't beat my 4.74% @ 60 months, so they didn't try. ZERO pressure for anything else in the finance office. Signed over the Navy Federal Preapproved "check" and was on my way in less than an hour...after my 491 day wait.
