I'm interested in that too. Thought I would do it myself but Ford knew so they're going to deliver it in the middle of winter, of course. Now wondering if I should find a place to do it or wait till it's a bit warmer and do it myself. Not looking for the fancy appearance, just trying to toughen up the finish.
I have a build date of January 20th.

Look at CanCoat evo if you want a single layer coating that is really easy to use. I applied CQuartUK 3.0 and Gliss to my Maverick for three layers that should last more than two years.

I’m also interested in ceramic coating. I called several detailing shops in my area. One wanted, get this, $2200!! I couldn’t believe it!! Another one wanted $800 for ceramic coating that lasted a year, and $1500 for a coating that lasted three years. Ridiculous!! I’m going to do it myself after I heal from cervical spine surgery, which I’m having on 3 Jan.

It might be worth it to some to pay that much for ceramic coating, but I won’t.

Many videos on coatings on youtube, I do the type that say it last 1 year BUT do it every spring and fall. You can go crazy for the real costly ones that say that last for several years or the kind for home use that I think are just fine.

Juan, wish you were a lot closer I would definitely seriously consider dropping by. You are a little far for me from Toronto, Ontario though. Prices up here are quite a bit higher even considering the exchange rate.

To each his own. Not all of us are physically able to do this every year...

Yeah, same for me. It's just that my Maverick will be delivering (they claim) in February. Very cold here then.
