If you keep seeing the ads, you must have been recently researching it! Any aftermarket items are personal preferences, such as LED lights, window tint, dash cams, tonneau covers, etc. Tailgate assist is also one definitely worth getting it at ~$30.

It depends on how deep some of those scratches are; a photo can be more insightful in that case. For minor scratches, I've read that a product like ArmorAll interior protectant would work.
