I believe 99 is for a Dealer stock order, not a retail order. Dealer is not being straight with you.

I believe 99 is for a Dealer stock order, not a retail order. Dealer is not being straight with you.
99 is a "won't be built" order. Dealer has to change it to 10-19 for Ford to move up to 2.

I'm thinking that Ford won't change the rollover orders to priority 02 until after Nov 30th.

I'm thinking that Ford won't change the rollover orders to priority 02 until after Nov 30th.
been thinking the plan is to convert in mass to make it as fair as possible to those who have dealers that,. to be nice, are not playing their A game. Done in mass allows Ford to go by original order date as much as possible.

You must not be up to speed with what's going on with the cancelled 22 hybrids and reordered 23 hybrids.

On Monday, Ford duplicated all of (most at least) the 22 hybrids with VINs that are set to be cancelled, as 23s and set them at priority 99 so that they won't get scheduled right away, giving the customer the chance to make any changes. Then, the dealer needs to drop it down to a 10-19 so that Ford can put it at a 02. There have been numerous issues with these orders, some have been able to be edited and dropped down but some are still locked.

Not as of 9p est last night according to my dealer's order mgr.
How about this morning? Anyone ask a dealer to try to edit a Lariat w/lux? I come from the IT world, fixing software is hard to predict. If they knew what was wrong, it never would have happened;)

I'm on my way to Ford for service on my C-Max. I'm in the same boat, re Lariat Lux. If it is open, I'll post back. Not a lot of hope they have it together yet.

Thanks for the reply nklem. I noticed the specs under your post mention an XL. It was my understanding that the Lariats with Lux were the issue. Is your information outdated or were the XL's with certain packages still locked as well after the initial "unlocking"?

The error is only affecting lariats with luxury package right now, your signature only mentions XLs, do you also have a lariat this is referring too or is it the xl that you changed?
