We have one that did not come over, we knew there was going to be an issue with that one because the order number was the same number as an already scheduled 23 order. You are not suppose to change the Order Number on an already scheduled order. They told me that 22 order would come over with a different order number but it has not.

I have a feeling your order is similar. I bet your dealer already has a 23 order with the same Order Number as your order.
So the dealership will be able to see the order in their system but not Ford Customer Service?

Well my dealer says they "can now change it" but I am guessing they haven't actually tried yet. At least they are being somewhat proactive.

The transition for the canceled orders is happening today. I'm thinking it will probably be active in WBDO sometime after 5pm ET today.
I just called (Nov 15) Ford 800 and was told my dealer has to convert me to MY23 and change priority code from 99. I called my salesman and he said he can't do anything, the system is locked. He said the sales manager is taking care of it. I hate when they pass the buck. My salesman was in the dark about the recent conversions taking place. I mentioned the memo Tim (fordvideoguy) read on youtube last week. I have changes that have to be made like paint color, no Velocity Blue for MY23. McArthur Ford entered into the subject. Tim is KNOWN. He attempted to discredit "internet" information. I told him Tim has been accurate and on it for months. Thank you fordvideoguy.

Hello,

I just wanted to verify for all of us lurking and debating whether or not to drive to our dealerships today (or tomorrow, for instance) that as of now - Tuesday morning, 8:00 am PST - it is possible for the dealers to change the Priority Code from a 99 down to a 10 ?

I know that for many, not all, of us they are showing the 23MY order in their Ford system, but as I'm dealing with a salesman who is beyond clueless (sorry, but it's more than true)....I have to be very methodical in the way I speak with him. I would rather not involve him until I am certain that not only:

a) He sees the 'new' 23MY order is in his system
b) He has the power to change the Priority Code down to a 10

Once again, thank you @Tim for all your guidance. There are a lot of us who owe you a beer!

It is true that the 99 Maverick orders are currently locked. Shouldn't be long until dealers can though!

But, if they can not get all the material, parts, etc to build them, all the workers in the world can not produce them any faster… just saying.

That's what my dealer said. Your's may give you a different answer. He did say the dealership may not have had time to access it yet this morning. I will be calling Ford 800, contacting through Chat Box and calling my dealer more in the future. I've waited too long for this.

The deadline of 11/30 is still a long ways away. Knowing that I DO now have a 2023 order in the bank at priority 99 gives me confidence that all is on track. Can't get any better than that.

My dealer looked last night and saw he couldn't get into the order, and I just told him to let me know when he could get into it and I'd be there. @fordvideoguy said he thought it might take until 4-5 EST to be able to get into it. That's enough for me to give them the whole day without harassing my dealer. By tomorrow AM, I'm sure we'll be able to get into it and all this pain will be replaced by a wait that will likely be a few months, not another year+.

Finally some good news.
Went to dealership this morning (11/15) to talk to salesman. He told me he could' not do anything. Real big bummer. But while we sitting there talking about the process and what has to be done, he said I dont believe it, it just came up that I now have a 23 order. But it would not let him make changes but at least we are in the 23 order bank. What a relief.
Now I will just have to wait to see how this all pans out in the process of scheduling and such.

Tim, we all appreciate everything you do for our community. Many of us would be lost without you considering the lack of knowledge many of our salesman have. After reading through all these posts it would be amazing if you can give us a list we can print out and bring into our dealer of what they need to do exactly for this transition. We understand you state everything in the video but I think we would all make better progress if we handed them the sheet of paper with step by steps instructions. Appreciate you !
