Okay Tim, I have what might sound like a stupid question. I have a 22 Velocity Blue XL Hybrid w/ a VIN. Right now the only thing my dealer needs to address is to make sure there are no duplicate order numbers between 22 hybrid roll overs and new orders in 23 order bank, correct? They don't need to create the new order for the 23 because Ford will be doing it? I have already discussed the color change with my dealer, so no worries there.

We removed Co-Pilot since the XL did not have CC. Now that the 23 XL has CC and would have the benefit of Adaptive Cruise and real lane keep, traffic following etc, I am urging my son to put it back on his order, but if it will Constrain or delay his order again, we may just leave it off. It's a great option though.
An XL with Co-Pilot does not get adaptive cruise and it can NOT be added to the order.

My dealer said they didn’t receive anything either and I will be built as a 22 in December etc.
I suspect a lack of communication somewhere. 🤣

Yeah you would think Ford would've known early enough they couldn't build our orders so that they could get ours straightened out before scheduling the MY. They pushed it back enough already, whats another week or two.

Tim, I'm sorry for this anal question, but I want to not bug my dealer unnecessarily....nor do I want to miss out on my vehicle.

The memo talks about removing duplicate 2023 orders as Ford transitions my 2022 Maverick order. Does this simply mean they need to move any duplicate 2023 MAVERICK order numbers? In other words, if there is an identical order number for a 2023 F-150 order, does THAT need to be changed? I know my little dealer had ZERO 2023 Maverick orders, so I wasn't worried...but after re-reading the memo, I'm just not sure it might still be a concern. VERY small dealer who seems a bit unsure about everything.

I don't know. I assume that Ford will contact them to fix it before moving it over.

No only on the Maverick W8E body code. You can have duplicate order numbers on different body codes. Your order will be a W8E (Front Wheel Drive Maverick).

No only on the Maverick W8E body code. You can have duplicate order numbers on different body codes. Your order will be a W8E (Front Wheel Drive Maverick).

Co-Pilot 360 comes with BLIS w/Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Keeping. On the hybrids it also comes with Full Size Spare Tire. On the XL is also comes with Power Mirrors.

Co-Pilot 360 comes with BLIS w/Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Keeping. On the hybrids it also comes with Full Size Spare Tire. On the XL is also comes with Power Mirrors.
Once you have BLIS w/Cross Traffic Alert, you'll want it again. Love it on my C-Max for the jerks that drive 30 mph in parking lots as you are backing out. I'm waiting long enough for my Maverick that I don't want it in a repair shop, even if not my fault.

Can I add back a package that I dropped in the past like the luxury package without impacting anything besides the potential for this to be a constraint? Same for change or paint color. Basically, how much can I change and still be allowed to covert to 2023 and be planned as a priority two?
