UPDATE: Dealer just delivered my vehicle to my house. They reprogramed the modules, checked the reload, and truck drove fine and cleared the codes. Let's see if they were successful. Definitely will keep an eye on it.
Update from dealer:
They have finished doing a "pinpoint test" and said the ISC and PCM modules need to be reprogrammed and they will contact me when finished. Not getting my hopes up too much right now, but it sounds like they may know what they're doing.
UPDATE: Drove the truck to the dealership and had no problems, except the check engine light being on. As soon as the dealership calls me back, I will update.
After I got it home, I called out from work and waited for the dealership to open. When I called them, the service manager was able to pull up the fault codes and told me to bring it in. When I drove it the dealership there were no problems except the check engine light was on. Currently...
I just had my truck ('23 XL) throw those codes 2 blocks from my house. Drove it to the dealer when they opened without any problems. From what I've been able to find out, there is a communication problem between different modules in the truck.
So, here are the codes I got with the OBDII reader:
