It takes some finesse & elbow grease including dishwashing liquid & zip-ties to slide the bags into the springs, but if youāre mechanically inclined & persistent itāll take a couple of hours.

I was surprised how the snow caked up inside the rear wheels though.
I drove up to Calgary & back the week before & it did very well up there too. Memorial & other roads were well maintained, but some of the side roads had packed down accumulation & 4-way stop intersections had 1ā humps of clumped up snow to go over.

Thatās correct, there it was about 3ā to 4ā of snow on the road in the pictures. Once out of Badlands on the southwestern side of it the snow was much thicker & the roads not maintained. In fact Google Maps took me through some very dicey dirt roads with snow that was thicker than the Mavās 8ā...
