Checked with Ford chat last night, my build week seems to be holding at 10/17. Initial order 10/14, initial build week 8/6. Obviously I have no faith whatsoever, but I'm still trying to remain optimistic that I can at least get it before Thanksgiving.

I;m thankful my dealer went and got mine. I'm sure that took a couple weeks off my delivery. OKC is only 2 hours away but to wait on a truck seems to take forever.

Something must have happened around sept 1st. As some people got there mavericks and others like me have been awaiting shipping since Aug 31st. ETA keeps getting pushed back. Now my ETA is Nov 9th. Truck is still at the plant according to Chat and Cservice but it is built per tracker.. Railroad delays, Air bag recall , who knows why its taking so long????

I got pushed again, this time to the week of October 31st, which basically means November....Let's see how late in November it gets made and if I get it before Christmas. So far all the pushes and everything have cost me over 3k on just depreciation on my current car alone.

I got pushed from the 24th to the 31st to now Nov 7th. 2023s are going to get built before mine...

I think you're right. Mine was built around 8/24 ish so I am lucky it was shipped quickly and I received it middle of Sept. I don't know if the hitch or something else was holding others up or just what.

Congratulations on getting yours finally. Mine still isn't built, the biggest blow for me was they gave me a build DAY and now I'm at build weeks.

Still in East Louis, IL but my ETA moved up 1 day. ETA is October 19th-October 25th.

I ordered on 10/21/2021 and have a very basic XLT Hybrid in Alto Blue. I was assigned a VIN in June with a build date of 8/08...so far I've been bumped at least 9 times (I try not to even check too often lol). Currently I'm for the week of 10/31...we shall see.

Well, I am done with the dealer stress.

New Mav is in San Antonio, waiting to be offloaded/loaded to a truck.

Dealer did not give price protection. MSRP increase of 2k on my invoice.
Offered 30k on my XL AWD with 4k Tow. They came up to 31k at my request to offset me being upset over price protection.
Gave me the Ford protected APR of 1.9 / 60, which is better than me 2.19 NFCU rate on my XL.
Forced $629 Add on of appearance protection, but this was disclosed when I ordered
Smart Vincent would not let them apply either my Ford $750 rebate OR my Farm Bureau $500, maybe it comes out of their $2k refund from Ford ? Either way, I can submit my Farm Bureau after I buy to Ford, not ideal but acceptable.

They are letting me drive my XL for the next week or so until the new one arrives.

Given the cooling used market, and the airbag recall, I give it an 8/10 experience.

$29.5k and change OTD TT&L, and I have put about 2k in equity into my XL, so overall satisfied. Had I never got the chance to buy the XL, I would be at around 37k OTD, yikes.

This is still showing in the Smart Vincent for the MY 23 order I have in, although this experience is driving me away from wanting to step foot in a dealer for many year.

No idea why I got it, both orders I placed in 22 got VINS.

Pretty lame they didn't honor price protection. At least you came out positive on the trade.
For the Farm Bureau, that also is strange cause it looks like a straight rebate/cash off purchase. I didn't know you could get that direct to consumer.
