Pretty lame they didn't honor price protection. At least you came out positive on the trade.
For the Farm Bureau, that also is strange cause it looks like a straight rebate/cash off purchase. I didn't know you could get that direct to consumer.
you can go here: https://fordrecognizesu.com/farmbureau/Login/Login and submit that you already purchased the truck

Well my build week has been pushed from 10/17/22 to 11/14/22 with estimated delivery between 11/15/22 and 11/18/22 per chat today. That delivery time is awesome.

The $1495 destination fee would be much easier to take if they sent all of them by jet like your ETA would mean.

Just called the rail company and was told my truck was in Buffalo, NY headed to offload in Massachusetts, then truck carrier to northern Vermont. Estimated delivery 10/22-10/26. Ordered 10/21/21.

Dealer told me they anticipated 5 more '22 trucks to be delivered with 84 being pushed to '23.

I already have my certificate #, I assume you did/do too. Do you submit a new request? LMK how it goes/how long it takes. You’re probably a week or two ahead of me.
I do too, but you can get up to 5 discounts per year. I assume they would just check if I used the rebate, then I will see a check in 45-60 days. I figure that will be the smoothest Ford transaction I ever have, but won't be shocked if it isn't.

I’m seems whole lot of 11/14/22 build weeks. I hope they’re as productive as they think that week.

I order on 10/21 and just pick it up at Granger Ford, by far the best experience I had buying a car everything was done on line and I got the truck at 3% below invoice, once I got there from the airport it took 20 min and most of that time was inspecting the truck. After hearing all the nightmares stories from other dealer it was a breath of fresh air dealing with GRANGER honesty and competence with no pressure what so ever.

I am either driving out to West Texas if my next vehicle is a Ford, or Flying to Granger or Long McArthur. Hopefully this shortage is done by then though and the power is back in buyers hands.

Congrats on getting your truck! Enjoy the drive home, it is a blast to drive a long distance in a brand new vehicle.

Edit* Also make sure if you run cruise on the way back, change speed regularly to help with proper engine break in.

Another week, another push back. 10/31 week now. Glad I took off all those constraint items to get my order built faster. 🤡

Just think after you get built the wait for truck to ship and sit in railyard......2 months built and no truck. Was thinking over the weekend it took 7 months to get the VIN and so far over 5 months and counting not having the truck

Well I may be on the trainyard waiting game. Truck arrived to San Antonio last Thursday, no changes to railcar since then ( I assume it gets unloaded there, RH 80 ) and Openroad is giving me nothing as far as tracking. Ford Chat says AZ, but that doesn't line up with the rail car number they gave me and NS tracking. I believe others have said Ford Chat has a delay on the actual location.

My truck did disappear off the dealers website though, typically vehicle auto populate when they are on the way and show as "in transit".

*edit* tracking with Union Pacific now shows the car loaded the same time as NS showed it arriving in San Antonio 8/6 at 8:41 pm. I didn't think it would go by train further south, maybe I am wrong.
