Not necessarily in a Maverick of course. I'm asking because I'm curious about your experience. You browse the Web and you hit on all these stories about how EcoBoost engines dirty up the valves, etc. How they won't last. It's the Web. You don't know what to believe. So I'm just wondering if anybody has personal anecdotes to share.
I have an old anemic 4 cylinder Ford engine, normally aspirated - not particularly working all that hard. It's at 102,000 miles without incident and plugging along happily. Just wondering what I can look forward to with my EcoBoost, should I ever receive it.
