Was at my son's baseball game this morning and when we got back to to the mini van to head out there was a red Maverick XLT parked next to us!!! My wife was like "that's a Maverick.... that's so small, it looks like a car...." I thought it looked good. Truthfully I just thought it was some other truck until I realized what it was!

I live in Sarasota, Florida, a County of 1/2 a million and have NEVER seen one, not even at the Dealership, so it will REALLY be a surprise when I get mine, actually in production this week. YEA!

That is strange since Florida is one of the top states for Maverick orders.

As of May 4th, 2022, there are 3 of them on our three-block long residential street in eastern NC. None of the owners knew each other until they bought their Mavericks.

Still pretty elusive around central and SE Ohio, but I have seen a couple more lately, maybe 5 or 6 total now.

I did see another super elusive car for the first time on the road today, one I've been wanting to see actually driving......and it's one bad maamajama.....a new Mustang GT500. It has a really menacing presence about it, and really sounds nasty. This one was white with black center stripes. I gave the driver a big thumbs up when he went around me on the 4-lane, and he did quick goose, could hear the SC big time. Had a chance to get a '21 model at MSRP, really wished I would've now. I don't think you can touch these now for less than $120K. What a bad-ass car.

Finally saw my first in Youngstown, Ohio other than my own. Was carbonized gray.

Saw my 2nd! On 224 in Boardman crossing South Ave. Was cyber orange. Really stood out. Was passing by while they were a few cars deep on south at the light I may or may not have made.

But very cool to finally see another one. Next notable thing will be when I see another Area 51.

Since the carbonized gray one, I've had two people talk to me about the maverick. At a convenience store, he waited for me to talk when I went back out from inside. The other was an officer in passing.

Seen my first one in October in Cape Coral. 2nd one in Naples in February. Finally seen one in Missouri last week. Pretty scarce.

Seems like New Bern is a great place for Mavericks! Here in Garner, NC (southern suburb of Raleigh) there are 4 that I know of. My own, an Alto Blue Lariat, a Carbonized Gray XL, and @garnermike's Hot Pepper Red!
