Marshall mize in Hixson, TN. Called me right as my received email came in from Ford. Never rushed to come pick it up. Came in on a Saturday. Gave me a great price on my trade in. Made sure my fordpass app was set up walked me through features ( this part was kind of funny since like most others here I had been obsessed and knew it all). The price was the same as my DORA which they gave me a copy of 5 days after I made the reservation because I didn't ask for one originally. Offered me the warranty twice then didn't ask again. He did look like a hurt puppy when I paid cash but other than that it was great. Maybe if I had asked for xplan it would have been different but I doubt it.

Most all detroit metro area Ford dealerships have a great record of being straight dealers. I've dealt with Crest Ford, Village Ford, Gorno Ford, Southgate Ford, Taylor Ford, Bill Brown Ford and Pat Milliken Ford. straight dealers - well informed - no ADMs and will do their best for you. Magnuson Ford, Abbottsford BC great from order to pickup. Truck was delayed but not due to them, always kept me updated, filled her up for me and didn't gouge the MSRP like Cam Clark Ford, Richmond BC.

Lots of good Ford Dealerships out there!

I ordered my Maverick XL Hybrid on 7/24/2021. It arrived at dealer on 5/20/2022. I purchased it from Lithia Ford in Boise. They were great and honored the MSRP that we agreed on. They even took $500 off for military appreciation. The whole buying process was excellent. I like the color and enjoyed the ride home. I am looking at doing the following upgrades in the near future, spray in bed liner, cruise control, and tailgate damper kit.

Still waiting for my mav so no story on that purchase but I did have an amazing time at my local ford dealer when I bought my mazda. After having the dealer where I ordered my mav lie to me about a bronco sport, I turned to another local ford dealer that had a sweet 2018 mazda 3 hothatch well under its recommended price. Went in and we got started right away. I checked its car report personally and gave it the thrice over because the asking price was a little unbelievable. Its a grand touring with 30k miles with all the fixin's and was being sold for 20k. The price range Ive seen is 25-31k. Nothing was wrong outside of some scratches so we proceeded to make a deal. My parents had a private offer from ford for 750 off a new vehicle and my salesman let me apply that as well as let the coupon stay active just incase they ever wanted a new vehicle. It was presidents day and they were giving out tvs and the salesman took another 500 dollars off because I didnt want the tv. They also dropped the price another 500 because of the scratches. Once all that was squared away I was given the add on spiel but never felt forced or peer pressured into them unlike the other dealership. I was basically told that " these are some services and add on products we offer, three of them are eh but the others have real value if I decided to get them." The finance manager was a blast to work with and I enjoyed her very precise and thorough explanation for everything. This took up most of my time at the dealership but it was well worth it. All in all I was in and out in 2 hours and had a sweet new car. I could not believe the night and day difference between the ford dealers i dealt with. The worst part was they are all under the same umbrella and all get trained the same yet the one felt soulless. I regret ordering my mav through the one dealer. Love my new to me mazda.

I had been searching for a Maverick Hybrid Lariat for 2 months with no luck. Contacted 10 different dealers in my state. Finally, one of them got back and said they had one coming in. Build date mid March, and it would be at dealer early April. When I responded yes, then I never heard from the dealership for two weeks. I figured they had already sold it since I took a couple of days to respond.
Well the rep finally responds and apologizes that he was on vacation. But yeah, the vehicle was still available and others wanted it, but since he had offered it to me first, he would honor that. Well dang, the truck came in April 7, we spent about an hour with paper work and off I drove with my new Truck. Great experience at WC Sanderson Ford in Healdsburg, CA.

Yes, thank you.. I had missed your earlier post. We were of the same mindset. Feeling much better reading these positive response… it’s making my wait a little less stressful. So great that everyone shared…

Green Ford in greensboro nc called me friday morning to tell me my Maverick arrived. I picked it up at 5:30 , it took about 1/2 an hour. I paid list price, 1.9 % 60 month financing, 2 years free maintenance and lifetime drive train warranty. Very smooth transaction, great folks to deal with.

Woltz & Wind Ford helped me put my order through initially. After the truck arrived they called me the night of and had it ready the next morning for me. They kept it at msrp, gave my fits kit, and told me I qualified for some kind of unique rebate (they weren’t sure why but applied it anyway).

Perfect experience from start to finish. I couldn't he happier.

Al Packer Ford in Middle River Maryland . . . . Had a great experience with our Maverick purchase. From our salesman, Steve L. to the manager, Win, we felt completely comfortable with all conversations and explanations. We ordered in November and were told it would probably be spring time when our Maverick would most likely arrive. It arrived April 1st and we picked it up on the 2nd, along with 4 other people picking their Mavericks up, too. Al Packer Ford accepted X pricing through Veterans Advantage, the 36 month/0% financing as promised, and military rebate. There were no pressures at closing and we certainly recommend them to anyone interested in a stress free purchase.

I must say that after spending so much time on the forum, I was very sceptical going into the dealer. Got a call on Monday that my truck was ready. I had a few personal issues I thought would prevent me from getting my truck so I wasnt expecting to even go in.
However, I went in there today ready to show them I knew my stuff and wasn’t going to let anyone try to play me. If I could somehow get the truck, awesome. If I couldn’t, oh well..
Picked up my Maverick, no problems. Signed the papers and when I went into financing, they lowered my finance rate and extended my warranty, leaving me paying just about the same price. Spent about 2 1/2 hours and already at Americas Tires ordering some wheels and tires.

Folsom Lake Ford in Folsom, CA is the real deal. If you’re in the area, ask for Kentucky and tell him I sent you. He will treat you well.

P.S I asked them not to touch the truck and they did just that. They even wrote on the windshield “no detail.” That made me very happy.
