Bro you need to chill out. It's not unheard of for Ford to send out emails on different days even for scheduling. We get you're frustrated AF. You've spammed your YT vids all across the forum but seriously.

Yes by all means Ford is doing a great job. As far as "spamming my videos all across the forum" were you forced to watch it ? You disagreed with the content ? I'll gladly watch a video you produced. As far as I can tell this is the second week no emails went out according to what Ford put out as scheduled. Chill out ? Yeah cause accepting crappy customer service makes companies improve. I ordered a Lariat Hybrid lux 360 7 months ago, have no build date and now Ford is saying remove all the "extras " if you want a truck built. But yeah I need to chill out

That's the theoretical date your order will be sent to the plant for manufacture. That doesn't mean it get's built that day or even that week, just that Ford will send your order to the factory to be queued for production. For reference, although my scheduled production week has been changed I think 4 times in total, this week was when my Maverick was scheduled for production. Ford sent my order to the plant last Wednesday and it's still waiting to actually be produced. If I had to guess it'll probably be another week or two before I get the built email.

Essentially, that's when it's theoretically scheduled for production, not when it is built. If you're in NC I would add another 1.5 - 2 months onto that date as a conservative delivery date to your dealer.

Ya, I guess we have to be a Maverick savy experts and go on chats and forums to get info anymore. Don’t hold your breath waiting for your dealership to contact you, they can’t be bothered. Fucking whole process is broken and sucks

I had to walk the salesman through ordering mine last Fall. That was a red flag but I ordered anyway. It amazed me that the sales team had no clue what the options meant. They weren't selling any vehicles and should have been taking the time to familiarize themselves with new vehicles. O well....

This is how I do it.

www.ford.com > My Account > Sign In > Support & Service > Contact Ford > Chat SYNC & Service

I just tell them what i need when they get on. It will ask you to pick one. I've chosen both lol.

Contacted my dealership this morning and my 11/2 order is unscheduled but it looks like Ford moved it to priority 2 so I'll definitely be holding my breath the next few scheduling weeks!

I guess I am venting cause I keep seeing other Hybrid Lariate trim get scheduled before me when my order was confirmed July 7th 2021 with pretty much all same options like Lariat Lux Pckage, Co Pilot 360 except the color. I am happy for them but geez
