3/24 Scheduling Email Received Group [EMAILS NOT YET RECEIVED]

Just called my dealer, and he gave me the VIN and said I'm scheduled for 5/9!!!!

I went to the order tracking site, and all it says is order confirmed. BUT I HAVE A VIN!!!

I genuinely hope 1) he was serious and not just yanking my chain, 2) that all of y'all get a VIN today/tomorrow. 8-9 months is too long to wait to not even have a schedule date.

I'm a 6/23/21 order date (order confirmed 7/3/21)

Still not getting direct emails from Ford, even though I've had a ford account for years.
Tracking site still says ordered and that is all.
No window sticker available yet.
Ordered with sibl, order now says drop in, I didnt change it

Tomorrow will be 9 months since order confirmed. No schedule according to Ford I'm still in "order processing". Just bummed it will likely be over a year before it arrives.

Similar to my build, no email, called dealer no VIN. Done holding my breath.

Did i read the so called SPAM email correctly that the next message will be when your Maverick goes into production? Is it possible that they do not intend to send scheduling email’s any longer?

Most likely that is the case. They probably got tired of seeing all the whining and moaning on this board every Thursday. Now it is up to the dealerships to deal with it! They are probably tired of having a bunch of armchair manufacturing and production specialists telling them every week how poorly they are conducting operations without being armed with all the facts. As many others have said many times, manufacturing a car/truck is an extremely complicated logistical process, and now with the inability to have dealer lots fully stocked, the rules of the game have changed completely and it is going to take several years to get the systems figured out.

I just was so happy when I got my VIN from the Ford #800 just 3-ish hours ago. Just now, my dealer texted me, my Maverick Hybrid XLT is scheduled for the May 2 week. Ordered July 5, took off the Lux option Feb. 24 in hopes of getting it built sooner. They had said they had no Maverick allocations for March, so this is rather unexpected, but totally happy event! Good luck to the rest of the June/July people, it will happen!

FINALLY!!! I just called Ford because I haven’t been getting emails and I finally have a Vin number and build date of May 9!!! July XLT hybrid order with Lux package, copilot 360, and a bed cover!! WOW!!!

Congratulations are in order!!!
