@TriangleGuy glad it worked out for you and you are enjoying your Mav. Overall, I would buy from them again and I can't speak for the trade in process since I sold my other vehicle thru Leith who gave me a much better offer since my salesperson said that they won't give me as much as others...
It was a straightforward experience....only add ons were their $697 (window tint, and some other stuff that I figured I'd have to get tint done afterwards so I didn't try to get out of that) and their standard dealer fee. Overall, I had a positive experience with them and they honored the...
Hello, Triangle Maverick group. I've been a Maverick owner since last August with my 22 Carbonized Gray Lariat Hybrid. I'm in Cary and ordered my Maverick June 2021 waited 13.5 months and had it delivered to Crossroads Ford in Apex early last August. 13k miles later, still a great vehicle and...
Yes, I saw the silver XLT in the showroom yesterday when I picked up mine. Crossroads knew what they were doing and the deposit was refundable which helped make me choose them over University Ford or Capitol Ford who had a non-refundable.
Mine is built since 5/30 and has been sitting in a rail yard 2 hours from me in Virginia. Been delayed 3 times with out any reason given. Going on 13 months since ordered.
My Maverick has been built (5/30), shipped and arrived at the Petersburg Railyard in VA on 7/1. Was supposed to arrive at dealer between 7/7-7/13 and I was told over the weekend by the dealership that it is "On hold" at the railyard and new ETA is between 7/31-8/6. No reason given. I've...
Mine has been bouncing around on different stops in Illinois too since last week. The rail car apparently had maintenance work done to it for a couple days and then it was on the move again. Not sure if it is still on Norfolk southern but that's the only way I'm able to track the original rail...
Mine is still "In Production" with no dates on the tracker. Window sticker was first printed on 5/13 for a build week of 5/16 and nothing since then. Sounds like it could take up to 18 days to show a "built" status.
Finally got my build week of May 16 by texting with my salesperson who gave me the good news and a VIN yesterday. I chatted with Ford on Thursday and it was still "in order processing" but glad I reached out to my salesperson on Friday expecting that it was still unscheduled. No email yet...
@Ford Motor Company , please go back to the old way of sending scheduling emails. I have been patient and am now past the 9 month mark since I placed my order on June 25 and to be honest my patience is getting low after seeing so many who have ordered after me with the same build get scheduled...
Tomorrow will be 9 months since order confirmed. No schedule according to Ford I'm still in "order processing". Just bummed it will likely be over a year before it arrives.
