Does anyone know how low of allocations really small dealers get? Less than 1 per month even? Losing hope that my very basic XLT EB FX4 December order will have enough dealer allocation to ever get built

Dealers know but will not share this information. I ordered from a very small dealer (although the parent company owns many dealerships) and some months they were allocated zero allocations.

Thanks for the heads up, feeling pretty negative as my salesperson waited a few days to actually enter my order and said that her "friend" ordered the same day as me (probably a 10 priority, I'm a 19). Guess I keep checking inventory. XLT (I need cruise) is a hard one to find, especially with AWD and without bloat ($995 moonroof, LUX)

My dealer had all of his maverick orders at priority 19. My priority was 19 when I got scheduled after a 7 month wait. Not sure if the priority number means anything.

Dealer sets priority codes from 10 to 19 for retail orders. If all orders are 19 then it means nothing. If orders vary from 10 to 19 then 10 is best.

I have already waited 6 months! Ordered my XL hybrid in August & wondering if I will see it by Christmas!

Maybe. I ordered a bare bones XL Hybrid on June 17, 2021 and no word on scheduling. Just original confirmation and FITS email last October.

I've managed to save enough for the down payment that I can just pay people to do the projects I was going to use the truck to do myself, and rent a truck to move the things I was going to move. I'm probably just going to do that. No one loses; the dealership gets a truck to mark up with a usurious mark up, I don't have to insure a new truck, I get hedges and a shack, someone that wants it more will get it someday. They can deal with the glowing parts and everything else. If I get scheduled this week, I reserve the right to go full FOMO and go gaga over the truck.

I ordered September 18th, A51 XLT AWD LUX CoPilot TOW and Spare Tire Rear Window and Floor Mats... on February 11 dropped Soft Cover and Splash Guards.. Found out today that my Truck was looked at on February 23... so I'm hoping big time for Thursday Email!

Will be happy for everyone's orders, once the 60% peak of orders is scheduled this month. Then Fall orders will have a shot. Have a feeling not significant orders were changed because or constraint items. My dealer never even called me with a Lariat Lux order. @fordvideoguy interrupted that combination was down the line being the #10th item.
