try 800-334-4375......... thats the number Ford gave me to call
I am a July order too. I have called that number about 3 times over the months of waiting. You get a very nice person on the other end that will have no specifics for your order other than to tell you if you have a build date. Other than that they are just very nice but you get nothing useful from them. Sorry to say but that has been my experience.

Am I correct in my understanding that First Edition trucks have taken the longest to produce, then Lariats, then XLs, and XLTs are the most commonly produced?

Also weird question, got a pic of the official order that went from dealer to Ford, and listed priority code 10. Does that mean anything?

There's hope, but it's currently on a container ship waiting to be offloaded and then shipped by truck, which are in short supply. So hope is coming it's slightly delayed at this time. 😅
Hope is an undocumented constrained item…

Anecdotally, I think dealer allotment has more to do with your actual wait time. I'm a base-model XL EcoBoost version with nothing but the 4k tow and the little 110V cab outlet and I've heard nothing since mid-Oct.

EDIT: I should add that it does seem like XLTs are the majority of production, however it's also by far the most-ordered and so the largest pool of orders to fight against.

Thank you everyone for the information and well wishes. This is the best support group I’ve ever been a member of, but that's probably because you're not asking me to quit drinking....

Ordered on 9/11, FE with 360 and SIBL. With 3 months of orders still not 100% filled ahead of me, I'm almost without hope.

Will keep waiting until the 3/10 emails. After that I'm gonna throw in the towel. 6 months of waiting is enough.

That was my guess too on the XLT.

What does dealer allotment mean? As in what dealer you order through? Is there a list of priority dealers somewhere?

I had better luck. Was on hold for over 10 minutes. She came back and said i would get an email soon. Got it last week for an April 4th build. Then the next day pushed back 2 weeks.

Think that was luck because that is what they have told me each time and here I still wait. But happy for you!

If there is no build date, what exactly do you expect them to tell you?

Ordered June 19. Dealer (small, rural mom and pop dealership) told me not to expect a 2022 model. Went out and bought a beautiful, just off the truck Ridgeline a couple weeks ago and could not be happier. I check in now and then to see what is going on here and nothing has changed in months - same stories, nothing further in customer communication from Ford, dealers still clueless for the most part, frustration everywhere, etc., etc. Frankly, no vehicle is worth this.
Wait...please elaborate. I ordered from a small dealership in June also and was told a few weeks ago by the manager that my order is getting rolled over to a 2023. A few others have had the same problem but not enough for people to believe it. I get roasted on Facebook and Reddit when I bring it up because people think I'm lying for some reason. I need your validation that yes, orders made long ago ARE getting rolled over to 2023s.
