I ordered mine in August, called last week and reached a nice lady, explained my situation that I pre traded my Ford truck and had no car to drive except my wife's, when she lets me, just teasing. The rep told me she was going to send my info over to a supervisor and she if they could speed my order up. We'll once again, no info, email.The number works...they won't do a damn thing besides confirm you're still in the queue, but it works.
I would have thought when I called last week saying I ordered June 10th and haven't been scheduled yet that they would at least lie to me and give me some kind of temporary reassuring news...nope.
