The number works...they won't do a damn thing besides confirm you're still in the queue, but it works.

I would have thought when I called last week saying I ordered June 10th and haven't been scheduled yet that they would at least lie to me and give me some kind of temporary reassuring news...nope.
I ordered mine in August, called last week and reached a nice lady, explained my situation that I pre traded my Ford truck and had no car to drive except my wife's, when she lets me, just teasing. The rep told me she was going to send my info over to a supervisor and she if they could speed my order up. We'll once again, no info, email.

Waiting for the fan boys to jump in here to say Ford doesn't need you blah blah blah. Then someone like me would post that Ford is missing out on possible sales and pissing off what could be long term customers, then some other genius will pop in to say that Ford is selling everything they can make and therefore not losing any sales. As a stockholder and Honors in Econ major I then *sigh*.

Good luck on your scheduling today!
Sounds like the circus of insanity! 🤡🤣🤣

Y’all got me refreshing Gmail like it’s TikTok. Or like I’m trying to get Hamilton tickets. Or like I’m waiting for that new episode of Boba Fett to drop.

Called Ford Customer Service. Passed up again today. August 5 order.

I would expect no less from Ford at this point. Complete 🐂💩 about getting the first edition hybrids built soon. Doubt I’ll see mine this year.

Getting pretty old.

Ordered June 19. Dealer (small, rural mom and pop dealership) told me not to expect a 2022 model. Went out and bought a beautiful, just off the truck Ridgeline a couple weeks ago and could not be happier. I check in now and then to see what is going on here and nothing has changed in months - same stories, nothing further in customer communication from Ford, dealers still clueless for the most part, frustration everywhere, etc., etc. Frankly, no vehicle is worth this.

I make a point of not calling the dealer. They can't really do anything anyway. I totally get that custom orders will take months but the orders should be FIFO with MUCH better communication about what is happening and why.

That was my feelings last week, except i had Toyota guy on stand by. Left my office last Thursday at 4 and was home with a new Tacoma TRD Off Road by 9. May still get my FE when it arrives some day but for now I am a very happy Tacoma owner.

I hear Toyota makes them better now than they did in the late 80's and early 90's when they had head gasket issues on the pickups and lost a lot of customers (like me) due to ignoring the issues until the cylinders went bad, then only offering to only replace the head gasket on a nearly dead engine. But good luck with your Toyota. I Love 4x4's but am willing to risk the excellent gas mileage of the hybrid. My order was July 10, email Jan 20 scheduling in March. A date that went to April and now hopping around in March again.

Ordered my FE on 6/10, all I know for sure is that we WILL get a 2022 FE. Don't know when, maybe first week in September?

Are you saying there is no hope?
There's hope, but it's currently on a container ship waiting to be offloaded and then shipped by truck, which are in short supply. So hope is coming it's slightly delayed at this time. 😅
