Never got this confirmed with my dealer, but if I change my order before it is scheduled, do I get moved back in the queue? I removed floor mats and tonneau cover for reference

No email notification for me yesterday...my FE, Rapid Red Hybrid, 360 order hangs in the is virtual cloud of 1's and 0's. Maybe one day it will transition to a real vehicle I can touch. Till then it's just an order in the ether!

Agree completely. XLT hybrid lux ordered 7/21. Heard nothing other than FiTS email. Get supply chain issues but you’d think they could build & deliver in some sort of chronological order. Got frustrated and checked order/delivery times for a Santa Cruz. Looks like 3-4 months in best circumstances. Continue waiting for the Ford I guess

I check with him about every week because every time I see a new one coming or on their website, I tell him I want it if someone backs out. So far he can't tell me s**t. I'm going to ask to move priority.

I wonder if Mullinax as a group gets allocation or if it goes by each individual dealership. I believe Apopka is the biggest of them.

After 7 months I got to the point where I stopped paying attention and watching for scheduling.. so I was surprised to see that I got scheduled yesterday.


Time: 12:06 EST
Build Week: April 11
Build: Hybrid First Edition Carbonized Gray, Floor Mats, Moonroof
Order Date: July 8
Dealer: Chapman Ford of Horsham

Never received an email, dealer texted to say he got notified it was being produced. Ford says I’m still in process with no build date…

my guess is the dealer is confused and it’s just another wonderful day of disappointment

My understanding is no, only if you decided to change model say go from XL to XLT, or downgrade from Lariat to XLT then your order date is changed to close out date 11/15 for Hybrid and 1/28 for EB

I thought I might have a chance today since my 8/21 Lariat hybrid order is not a lux package. However, it looked like a lot of hybrid lux packages got scheduled today. It's puzzling that a week or two ago they pushed build and delivery dates back to May (supposedly lux packages waiting for chips), and now more lux packages are scheduled for April. Oh well, it's nice to see more June and July orders get scheduled!

They can still build without the chips. It just goes to holding lots until chips come in.
