I found it weird that there is no menu for a simple large MPH digital screen option, instead all menus seem to have a relatively small digital MPH in the bottom-right. I'm on the larger Lariat dash screen so it may be different for the smaller dash screens.

Could Forscan possibly enable the option of a big simple MPH screen?

EDIT: Ok good I'm not crazy. Video example of me going through screens. There is no change whether cruise control is on or off, or whether lane assist is on or off, for any of the screens. I was hoping there is a way to just have a central large MPH on one screen.

Am I dumb and this screen already exists lol?
It does on my XL. But I don't think that you're dumb. I had no idea what "calm screen" was until I selected it. The name isn't terribly intuitive at first glance.

The only thing I'm aware of that moves the digital speed to the bottom right is when you have the lane keep assist on. When I turn that off my speed moves to the center of the screen and is a bit larger.

Turning off or on the Lane Keeping System (LKS) also changes what is shown in some views of the dash screen. When turned off the digital speed numbers are bigger in views such as Trip.

I didn't want the large digital speed indicator so I have turned on the LKS but I have some its features turned off or on minimum as I didn't like the reactions to the steering wheel.

Ok just to be clear, I'm not crazy. The calm screen is no different from the other screens. Video example of me going through screens. There is no change whether I'm stopped or moving, whether cruise control is on or off, or whether lane assist is on or off. The ACC portion of the screen seems to hog the middle in all screens for better or worse.

Wow, that's a bummer. My XL has a nice calm screen with only speed in big digits. Sometimes less is more.

I didn't realize your vehicle was a hybrid. My comments were based on what I see on my non-hybrid screens which are different.

I wonder if the Lariats with ACC are the difference, since that ACC portion seems to dominate the screen? Or do you have that as well?

Looking more closely at your video, I think it’s an option you turned on. There is a setting in the cluster for distance indication. That makes the road look gray and will keep it on your screen regardless of ACC or lane keep settings. I accidentally enabled this for a while until I realized it prevented me from bringing up the speed in the center of the screen.

To each their own but I find it too redundant to show a digital speed when the analog speed is displayed. I can show something else in the digital display like trip info or economy that also has relevance (at least to me).

Maybe it is in a FORScan setting?
