Flat EQ setting in Forscan?

Any idea what the Flat EQ setting does it Forscan? It mentions it’s for aftermarket amps and what not, but I’m curious if anybody has tried setting it. There’s two options. Flat and special?

I have the B&O system and am curious what it does (or doesn’t) do?

in my 2017 mustang, it had the same system, flat let the speakers shine because it was unfiltered signal. it sounded amazing, compared to EQ'd, it was muted/not as full.
cant say if it sounds the same in the mavericks, but I will certainly be testing it out. if you have an aftermarket subwoofer, flat eq will let it gets its fullest bass potential. no bass roll off
