Looks like a clearance item as fitment shows KIA OPTIMA 2011-2015 and source appears to be KIA PARTS.

This may be correct. Searching the KIA part number, I see a lot of dealerships and parts outlets selling it for $10 to $15.

It looks like a Gentex GENK45AM mirror. It will be interesting to see if it comes with the wiring harness and such since being listed as an OE replacement part, I wonder if they expect the factory harness to already have the connector. The add-in harnesses can be found all over eBay for $30. As I already have a Gentex mirror for mine, I have a harness to use. $20 for adding Homelink and the compass, and have a spare mirror is not a bad deal IMO. Worst case, $50-ish is still a steal.

I ordered two of them. One for my Maverick and one for the wife's CR-V.

Just ordered mine, great find. I was planning on getting the frameless rear mirror with the Homelink connect that connects to your phone and lets you control smart home features that runs for like $250 or more. But I can not argue with $20 including shipping. I could have it professionally installed for less than the cost of the other mirror.
