  1. How to wire switchbacks on Lariat DRL

    Wouldn't tapping into the driver's side brown/blue cause the DRL portion to stay on for an extended period of time after locking the car? That wire gets power for 15 min post lock.

  4. Anyone having problem with the wireless charger pad ?

    I'm having problems with mine too. It'll show that it's charging but it'll be actually losing charge and after 15 or so minutes it gets too hot to hold comfortably. 30 minutes in i get overheat warnings. This is with the AC on btw. Galaxy S22.

    That's not true anymore. Especially with their shared parts. This is my 3rd first production vehicle. Never had an issue.

    The biggest problem with tuning these is that the transmission is undersized by a reasonable amount. Software is the only think keeping it from being shredded to pieces.

  13. Is it worth having Tailgate Assist Strut? Is it worth having Hood Assist Struts from MRT?

    I got the tailgate strut because my kids are the exact perfect height to get a face full of tailgate if they open it. I do wish it wasn't so slow though. Takes too long to open all the way.

    I'd be surprised if there are changes. They have massive demand. Maybe more colors but that is likely part of the plan already and not a response to what we're asking for.

  19. I have a CarPlay garage door opener working on my Maverick using MyQ App + iPhone.

    For Google users who have a smart garage door opener, voice assistant can do this natively. "hey Google, open garage door". Also works with Nest Hubs. "hey, Google, ask Ford pass app to start my truck" or "open garage door" or "un/lock my truck". Starts and unlocks are PIN protected.
