After 3 years , nozzle on passenger side was clogging up, replaced it with NZ6Z-17603-B, from dealer. Showed about $22.50 on line and $8.00 shipping from Lakeland Ford. Thought I'd go to my dealer( mullinex in Apopka ) and buy.
Got the part out and said $47.00, I asked if they matched internet price, he said NO.

The one I got was actually packaged from Lakeland Ford , go figure.

I bought it for I needed it. Got home ,replaced it , and drivers side was same way. Ordered 2 different kinds on Amazon ,here is the best one

$5.00 for a pair

Video shows ford one drivers side and amazon one pass. Side

That's pretty rich ... you should've walked. Lots of dealers are doing this now, charging double the LIST price of any part under $25 or $30 and adding 30-50% to all other parts prices. I guess their owners aren't getting rich enough from the regular mark-up, they want to make 200% profit on parts now.

I know a few dealership owners and they all have multiple houses, vacation houses, planes, boats, helicopters, exotic cars ... I guess it's never enough

PS: the Amazon one seems pretty bad, the spray is all concentrated in one spot at the base of the windshield. At speed, there's probably very little washer fluid getting to the upper part of the glass

Do they allow rotating those in the housing?

I guess the Amazon one is just hitting high and low.
I guess as speed goes up that allows the low to be good, and the high to allow the person behind you to clean their's too.
Or be annoyed they just washed their vehicle.

The amazon one rates a "not acceptable" from me.

Did you try to unclog the factory one?

What clogged your washer nozzles? I'm trying to think back to the last time I had to replace washer nozzles, but I'm not coming up with anything.

I'm also curious what happened with your nozzle. 40+ years of driving almost every manufacture of vehicles and never had a nozzle clogged.
Same here , 50 plus years of driving. I think maybe cheaper made, pollen Florida heat ?

I've seen a ton of washer nozzles clog and motors burn up because of the Rain X windshield washer fluid. All these washer tanks have screens in them nowadays and the Rain X brand is thick stuff. Gums up the hoses and screen until the washer pump over works itself and burns out. In a BMW you have to replace the whole washer tank as the pump is a complete until with the reservoir 🫠 go figure! Bring Money With'ya 🤣

I wondered about that, if it was some sort of solution doing the clogging. I always buy the cheap blue stuff.

I buy the $ tree cheap stuff too. I think mine is do to pollen , a lot of it here in central florida, as well as maybe cheap plastics of the nozzles.

You would think that since the Maverick washer nozzles are somewhat protected by being located under the rear lip of the hood, it would be less susceptible to clogging from external contaminates than a top-mounted nozzle. In my experience, clogged nozzles of any type usually are clogged by matter pushed through by the source (pump in this case) or build-up from inside rather than by external contaminates. That's just my experience though, I'm not saying that your pollen theory is impossible.

Pretty sure if you put the clogged one in Vinegar overnight it might go back to normal... better yet, if you have access to an ultrasonic cleaner, just dump it in there with Vinegar as the medium.
