I agree, especially with the EcoBoostIf you plan on keeping your truck, its defiantly worth it. Especially with the hybrid.

So with @tom_tucker’s example, $25/mo ain’t bad!!I personally have 8yr/125k premium care for ~$2400. It has a $100 deductible. I'm at 48k with no issues. So right now I'm 50/50 if it's worth it. Answer is we really don't know yet. You said Vermont, so perhaps there are not as many independent shops, but I could be mistaken.
The 8/125 is an extra 5 years / 89k over the standard 3yr/36k. So more like $40 a month to drive almost 16,000 miles annually. Still not too bad.So with @tom_tucker’s example, $25/mo ain’t bad!!
I’d say less with a hybrid as all hybrid components covered under 8yr/100k mile warranty. If you plan on keeping your truck, its defiantly worth it. Especially with the hybrid.
Mine was, a new battery, new wiper blades, a wiper reservoir problem, a new tire, but really just the comfort of knowing I have it, and 4 more years to go.Looking for feedback on the extended warranty for the 2025 Maverick Hybrid. Do you feel it's worth the money or just skip it?
