Hopefully...

Had the same trouble again today, along with a remote features disabled message. After a while I was able to go. Last week, service guy at the dealership was able to remotely see all kinds of error reporting from the vehicle that doesn't show up in FordPass or dashboard messages, like some audio system issue (voltage?) and the 12V being at about 54% charge at the time. That's at once encouraging and unnerving that they can see all this, but hopefully it means they're convinced the problem is real by what they see. I should know by the end of the week how they'll approach this, when I make the trip to the dealer.
Ford pass apparently doesn't see all the codes. My tech that came to my driveway looked at code history and said he cleared all codes. ??? Whatever.

FordPass doesn't read vehicle codes. Did the technician document what codes he found the vehicle reporting before he cleared them?

Here's where it gets interesting: when O'Reilly's put a code reader on it, that apparently cleared the codes. I called the dealership and reported 'U3012' to them from what they had printed me. The service guy phoned later for a follow-up and was able to give reporting information from back in July that went beyond my FordPass 'remote features disabled' message and was giving him lots of detail, as well as fresher trouble messages. At that time wasn't getting CEL or any dashboard messages but he could still get lots of vehicle information regardless. I sincerely hope I was wrong in understanding him to say the voltage was at 54%. 😟

Yesterday again had CEL; first thing this morning started no trouble at all and CEL gone without me doing anything to clear it; later in the morning had the familiar trouble, and CEL stayed on.

Of course, as the service guy said, U3012 is not exactly an engine code.

That's kind of funny - because posters have reported here that the free code readings don't allow a reset of the codes, at least they are told that.
Sounds like your guy was a tad fast on the clear codes option and confirm.

Yes, the techs have access to the codes your truck reports on stopping each night - pending or otherwise, history could go back as far as they care to store it.

If that was the truck reported SOC%, and it probably was - it's starting at 85% as fully charged, several of us have confirmed that.
Why they don't use the standard SOC% table for voltage - who knows.
I think of it as 14.2% per cell, because prior battery replaced seemed to drop in those chunks and hang for awhile before the next big drop - 71%, 56%, 43%, 28% - never saw anyone get to 4 bad cells 28%, always barely past the 3 at 40% on the way to 4 it seems.

Also confirmed - when they test the battery, it normally needs to be under 40% SOC for warranty replacement - no confirmation if that reading from the external tester they use is the same messed up table, or a standard table. 40% seems to go with the messed up table, because that BMS system above 40% was around 11.7 / 11.8 for me - always started fine, no Fordpass warning. Until the nosedive 3 days.
But a normal SOC table would be 83%, 67%, 50%, 33% as cells died. That's closer to what I've seen on the Schumaker 10A charger I've used on mine and friends that reports a %, and there were indeed dying batteries involved.
Anyway - 54% not the end for ya yet, just the annoyances.

I had a TSB done on my 22 hybrid XLT LUX in my driveway. Had dash "no camera found" and CEL. Called Tech who was almost to next appointment but said he would stop by there next day after his last appointment or I could stop by dealership and have codes reset. OR I could take neg term cable off for 10-20 minutes. I took cable off 25 mins started up camera not found DID NOT pop up but Cel was still on. After 6-8 ready cycles the CEL went off after about day and half. I had called him and told him the camera had apparently been found, no need to come back.

My maverick is now dubbed the "Lab Rat". Ford Engineers are monitoring mine now. They were at the dealership to look at another one but mine was here as well with the same problem. They couldn't get the other one to throw a "spike" but after they left, mine did. The tech here sent the info to them. So, maybe they'll come back down and check it out.

So they did this recall and replaced the factory battery for me with a motorcraft AGM. Should they have changed the forscan setting to recognize it as an AGM battery or do I need to go in and do this?

no idea to be honest, never used forscan, but i seem to recall reading on older threads/post that some of the recall update/patches rewrites the code back to stock and forscan changes are lost. probably a good idea to check if all your changes are there, etc. i can only assume this is accurate based on what i recall reading??? Only 1 way to know for sure.......

Putting an AGM in is not the panacea that some claim it is. There is still a problem that Ford seems either incapable or simply unwilling to address. There is no reason with the knowledge and technology available in 2025 that an automobile manufacturer like Ford cannot design a charging circuit that is capable of fully recharging the vehicle's 12v battery, and the vehicle to maintain that charge when turned off.

Checked Forscan just now all my old settings are intact and battery type is set to AGM with charge level at 80%

From some of those old posts where someone had a scanner for the PIDs - neither setting changed the actions of charging levels or time spent at higher Amps. And AGM was already selected anyway.
They appear to be non-used settings - right along with all the other battery related PIDs on size or battery specs.

25MY may, as the manual indicates.

Had a new battery installed, had this procedure done, they replaced the "faulty component" headlight switch (I think they just needed a causal part to close the warranty work...)

Here we are three months later, I'm getting Power Saver Mode notices again. Great job ford! I'm out of warranty now so I just assume I'm SOL, I might try calling again to see if they'll offer extended warranty but in the short term I'll pull the telematics fuse.

Or at least put a "Battery Health" widget on the FordPass app. How hard would that be? Every smartphone has one. It's at least as important as knowing your left front tire pressure or your windshield washer fluid level!

IF, (and I am beginning to question Ford's sincerity AND their CAPABILITY), and WHEN, Ford finally comes out with their long PROMISED permanent universal FIX for preventing the deep sleep problem, they certainly will need to address ALL Mavericks.
