Got my email today! My order was only placed on Monday (11/29) and received my scheduling today. I must've done something nice for someone this past week..

what?! I'd guess it's the ecoboost that got you a great early build, way to go!

Ford's attempt to be fair to dealers with allocations is unfair to us who actually purchase their product. No one who ordered in June or July should be put back in line to keep hoping over and over again.

The fix is simple: Ford needs to start allocating dealer inventory to be sold from their lots only.

Buyer custom build orders need to be scheduled separately and be based upon date the order was placed minus any build constraints.

To those of us who FE orders but no build date... I mean, they can't just keep skipping over us right? When it's exclusive to first year, we can't just get pushed into MY23. So there's hope there I guess

Today has been the only day I’ve been “disappointed” to not be scheduled.

But then I took a step back and thought it ain’t the end the world. Buying a new truck and not getting it NOW is the least of my worries.

July order here. Stop F’ING complaining people. You’re buying a new truck. You don’t have major issues in the grand scheme of life.

I ordered mine with the dealership on Nov 9, submitted to Ford on Nov 11. Ford acknowledged the order Nov 14. Was notified today (Dec 2) at 9:59 am Pacific time of the build week for Jan 24. Then at 5:24pm, I received another email stating the build week was moved to Jan 17.

Pretty much the same here. Ordered hybrid FE first of July and haven’t gotten anything but the confirmation email and an email that said my truck would be delivered next year.

good thing I am not in a hurry! If I don’t have it by spring though I am going to be an unhappy camper!!

My dealer told me that if my truck arrives with a drop in, they'll take it out and make it right with a spray in. Maybe your dealer could offer the same.

I do apologize, I lied. My order was confirmed on 11/27, this past Saturday. Monday is when I singed my DORA.

Well ok then those 2 extra days made all the difference!! Seriously, you have to be the luckiest person on this forum to get scheduled as you were walking out of the dealership!! The stars definitely alined just right for you!! Congrats!!

I agree that not getting scheduled isn't a world stopping event especially like you I ordered in July and it's only been 5 months since ordered. On top of that production has only been going on for a few months so trucks are getting ramped up. What I have issue with it the scheduling fiasco Ford is using where folks that ordered in Aug, Sept, Oct and even Nov are getting scheduled ahead of people who order in June and July!! In my humble opinion Ford should be looking every order date June and getting them schedule no matter what region or what size the dealership is. Then move onto July etc., AND stop making stock orders until all retail orders have been scheduled!
