Anyone have the wheel specs for the 2025 Maverick with 19" BAP wheels? I'm looking for 17" aftermarket rims that match factory specs as closely as possible. Primarily to avoid centering rings as keeping track of them between wheel swaps annoys me and I've crushed more than one.

I'm planning on putting winter tires on the 19" BAP wheels, and running light weight 17" wheels for the rest of the year with a good summer or A/T tire.

all you need to do is use a 17 inch wheel close to factory 17 specs which is 7" wide and+37.5mm offset.

if you get a wheel with different offset, or one that's wider, or both, you can use an online wheel comparison calculator to see the difference.

if you want to use wider or taller tires you can use a calculator for that also.

Looking to match the hub bore size to avoid needing centering rings mainly, which was my peeve with my last set of aftermarket rims. If I never see a centering ring again it'll be too soon. (I swap winter/summer wheel sets and rotate tires.) I'm hoping that's the measure I need at least, hopefully someone more versed in aftermarket wheelology will chime in if not.

that's the in the first post of this very long thread.

also, if you shop for wheels on tirerack or discount tire, they only show you wheels that will fit your selected vehicle.

That's where I got my last set of aftermarket wheels... which required centering rings. 😑

The 2022 Maverick's factory wheels specs are:

Size: 17x7" or 18x7"
Width: 7" width
Offset: +37.5 mm
Bolt Pattern: 5x108
Center Bore: 63.4
Thread Size: M14 x 1.5 lug nuts
Note: these are the same specs as the Bronco Sport wheels
So all of these specs are the same for the 2025's? I have the BAP 19" wheels which hopefully doesn't change the underlying fitment.

The closest thing I've found on Tirerack are the Alpen MX wheels, but they're 8" width.
https://fifteen52.com/products/alpen-mx-desert-bronze?variant=40274601377858
PART NUMBER NMXDB-78058+38
WHEEL DIAMETER 17
WHEEL WIDTH 8
BOLT PATTERN 5x108
OFFSET (mm) 38
HUB BORE (mm) 63.4
BACKSPACING (in) 6
WHEEL WEIGHT (lbs) 26.422

LOAD RATING (lbs) 1834

I also like the Ultra Nemesis CUV, but the specs are a little off:
Part#: 219-7831BZ+35
Size: 17x8

Bolt Pattern: 5x108
Bore: 63.7
Offset: 35
Load: 1800

Weight: 28

Would the slightly larger bore require a centering ring? How much would that 35 offset affect things versus the 38? They're 8" width as well.

Ryom,
I have 2 race cars with aftermarket wheels like Enkei and Konig. Multiple sets of full slick, intermediate wets, full wets. The centering ring thing used to drive me nuts. Trying to do a fast tire change in the hot pits when a rainstorm starts and the centering rings become an issue. I solved the problem by using aluminum centering rings glued onto the wheel, not placed on the hub. 4 tiny dots of superglue spaced around the ring then pushed on to the wheel does the trick. I've never had one come off. Now I do it on all my snow wheel-tire - summer wheel tire sets for daily drivers.
Don't use the crappy plastic rings usually supplied with new wheels, get aluminum ones.
I intend to continue to use Konigs on my Lobo, they have a 73.1mm hub bore. My favorite centering rings are Stancemagic, these are the ones I'll use to make the match: STANCEMAGIC Hubcentric Rings (Pack of 4) - 63.4mm ID to 73.1mm OD - Silver Aluminum Hubrings - for 63.4mm Vehicle Hub and 73.1mm Wheel Centerbore - Compatible with Jaguar Mercury Ford Lincoln

Why does bap get 18" wheels?
Uh... for appearance? LOL

Black Appearance Package for 23-24 are 18x7 wheels that are an all-black version of the 22-24 optional Lariat 18" black-painted aluminum wheel.

BAP for the 25 is a 19x7.5 wheel that is a matte black '25 lariat wheel.

The factory rims on the Maverick and the Bronco are the same size and are interchangeable. However the lugnut are not, since the Bronco uses the smaller M12 lugs in common with the Escape and the Maverick uses the M14 size in common with the F150. Both sizes of lugnuts use the same seat width and seat angle and the rims have lug holes that can accomodate both sizes of lug, so the rims are interchangeable.

Not the ones I've measured. The 12mm Bronco Sport wheels have smaller holes, so there is less engagement of the taper using the 14mm lugnuts.
Will the wheels fall off, mine did not. But the wheels are not the same.

Nope. All of the Bronco Sport wheel options will fit the Maverick using the Maverick lugnuts without any alterations or engagement issues. Try it.

I have. While the BS wheels have holes just large enough to fit over the Mavericks 14mm studs, if you apply Dykem or a similar layout marking (even a Sharpie) on the 14mm lugnuts, you'll see the taper engagement is much less on the BS wheels. Mind you, I probably ran 15K miles on the BS wheels I used, with no problems. But, they are not the same.
