I Love it. I'll never buy a new car again without it. Why is this even a posting when it's a Feature YOU CONTROL. You, the Driver, can turn it on, and you can turn it off. You can use it or you can ignore it. Save your complaints for things we can't control.

I now drive a Mazda CX-3 and like the 'Auto Hold' feature, my only complaint is having to switvh it on every time I drive same as the Mav. I don't miss the rotary shifter, I always put my cars in neutral when stopped, much easier to just nudge the lever than fiddle with the Knob.

I have the seat up higher than normal, because I've never had a vehicle with seat height adjustment before and did it by accident and found out it works.
This was preceded by an '02 Econoline XLT/Traveller, and an '90 Crown Victoria LX. Both had six way seats--forward/back, front of seat up/down, and rear of seat up/down. With nominally more modes, though, the mavericks (and ranger, and even F-150 below lariat) can't tilt the seat, having a single height setting.

On the others, I generally put the front of the seat all the way up, and the rear all the way down, which takes up enough leg in the bend that my thighs are supported as my left foot rests on the firewall and my right on a pedal.

I've only driven two cars, ever, that I didn't have the seat all the way back. The first was a '74 BMW 2002, and the other was a late-model BMW convertible. Both had tracks hat all but let the driver seat hit the rear seat.

Assuming I get my '06 Miata running again, I'll probably get an electric driver's seat from a later year--not to be adjustable, but so I can put the front of the seat up and leave it there, freeing me from the thigh pillow I need in it.

I like the auto hold feature. It disengages very smoothly on my Mav. Also have it on my 2016 Honda HRV. The only problem is my wife's 2015 Honda CRV doesn't have it and I forget sometimes and remove my foot from the brake at traffic lights!!, lol

I like it in particular cases, but leave it off most of the time. To answer your question, it's highly doubtful that you're the only one
I don't use mine a lot but it can be handy when in a long drive through lane.

How can a disable it on a 2025! Its a horrible feature on south florida traffic. You cant roll from stop to stop. You now have to hit the gas to go forward. I have a 2.0 so no need to have it

Huh? It's just a button on the dash, next to the camera button. It's never on by default. You have to push it to enable. Are you sure we're talking about the same thing?

Time to peruse the manual.
Who knows what other features you are missing or annoyances you are dealing with.

On my 2025, The only button I have that can I can disable is the auto start stop A buton. Will have to dig through the manual. I hope their is a way!
