Along the line of this thread, there are really only 2 things to remember:
1) Stop using the term “auto start/stop” in regard to our hybrids. It is strictly an EB term in our Mavericks.
2) The ICE will run when the batteries require a charge, regardless of how they have been drawn down. Whether the truck is going 0 mph or 100 mph. (Please understand that the ICE will also provide propulsion under the latter circumstances.)
It really is as simple as this.
