I do, I will be 68 in February but still push my vehicles to the point of sliding if I can see thru the corner and will not risk anyone's safety.

In the same boatVery difficult to go from my modified cars to the Maverick, trying to make it handle and grip as well as is reasonably possible.
I bet they do not. Most street cars I see have wide tires levered on to narrow rims. Few understand that effect on sidewall roll and flex. Then ask them about negative camber or control arm bushing flex.
I agree with the sentiment, but by " car like" what else have you done other than tires to get to that very vague end goal? I'm personally very happy after lowering on eibach springs. I'm sure there's more I could do to improve handling, but I have turbo and downpipe stuff to do firstPerilli P zero tires and Konig rims. I have no photos as I do not make these changed for appearance. I spend far more time driving my vehicles than looking at them, so performance is by far the most important consideration.
If I wanted a race car, I'd buy a race car. At this time I wanted utility, economy and some versatility. As it happens, I also have a motorcycle and a Miata so I'm all set. BTW, I'd say my Maverick handles quite well, not sloppy at all. Some complain about the "lack of feel" in the steering but I've have electric assist in previous vehicles and I'm used to it. Small price to pay for the benefits.Very difficult to go from my modified cars to the Maverick, trying to make it handle and grip as well as is reasonably possible.
Now..now...To be fair "Racerzz" 68 may still be using a PC. He may not own a cellphone or has no idea how to post pictures from one. Hence his reluctance. It explains his replies.Racerzz gets a new nickname today:

Here's some pics of an actual Maverick performance front brake package I'm putting together to share with the Maverick community. It's a work in progress delayed by cold weather.![]()
You would be surprised. Many of us are into performance stuff. I went with larger tires for off road as I use it to hunt a lot. But I also am thinking of purchasing another for track use during hpde days and maybe some endurance stuff.I thought there may be a few, and I know it would be very few as this is a truck forum, who would benefit from my experience. There are a few of us who value performance over appearance, but of course there will always be the sarcastic replies.
It's awaiting a few parts on the engine build. You should see it active again this year.Sho, what is the new fastest time in the sho? Been a while since I had paid attention to it.
