how do you remove the bed tie downs? I tried a Torx 30 and it feels loose, I dont want to strip the screws.

Yes. Remove one of the 4 bolts from your current cover plate. Take it and match it at the store. I found some bolts with the big washers on them at Autozone in the trim clips and bolts section. They were black oxide like the OEM bolts, not rust proof, but good enough with a tonneau cover. The match was pretty close, the thread size and length should match, the hex head size can be a little smaller or bigger, no worries. You re-use the four on the current cover and only need 2 more for the cubby. Sorry I have no part numbers or receipts. The bolt size and length is in one of the replies above.
