I have the Ecoboost. Some people like better gas mileage but like to sit in dealerships and deal with multiple recalls. I personally like more power and worse gas mileage but more time, less hassles and AWD but that’s just me.

I can't agree more !! I've been on this site from the beginning. First everyone was excited about there new mav. Now it's mixed !! My first 22 was a problem child. Traded out for my 24. Basically got my money back. Enjoying my 24 !! Could bought a 23 chevy pickup now needing new motors !! 24 Mavericks are being quality checked for 0 defects. That's why your new mav should have few miles on it. Good luck to all of you out there cruising in our new Mavericks 😎

I totally agree! When I first joined MTC I enjoyed reading the post and what members were posting. Now it seems to be complaining about everything. We all purchased a very inexpensive truck. There will be some rattles and gaps in metal work, and a lot of plastic parts. I enjoy seeing what members are doing as well as new accessories members are installing. Be nice to see less complaining.

Seems like every post people make about Maverick s someone has so much negativity to post back. Why?
It is human nature... Put things down to make you feel better about yourself. So stop bugging me.. lol ...

These threads whining about other members just strike me as passive-aggressive mutual back-patting. It's like by complaining about others, you are anointing yourselves as some kind of pristine saints, better than everyone else. It gives you an excuse to hurl insults at others (hater, troll, etc) just because they don't agree with your point of view. It's intolerance in disguise.

Give it a rest. BTW, one of the wonderful things about this forum is the ignore feature. You can ignore individuals, threads, and whole sub groups.

Ok...As a Hybrid owner I can't hate this comment. I was early on same. But I did get 43.9 mpgs today on my work travels.🤣
55.5 this morning 16 mile mixed commute. Personal best although that's a low bar since I only have 600 on the truck so far....
