I feel ya, on an unrelated note, check out my MPG high score.Look, we can only read so many "HERE'S MY NEW HIGH SCORE ON MPG!!!!" posts from the hybrid folks...
That "progress". Not the first time it's messed up society. After the next meteor (or global whatever) we'll get back to square one and start all over.Ohh yeah, well my Tremor with a high topper got 31.2 mpg on a whole tank... once.... on flat land... on high octane... and it has never happened again.
For real post number 2 and 3 is really what sums it all up.
Without getting partisan, I watched a show today, that is on daily. At the end they often show a little clip that sums the reasons we should all smack ourselves in the face. It was a news caster who was outraged that one political leader dared show his face at the hot topic locality that they are trying to deal with despite opposition, in response they will be following along all day as the opposing political rival will be showing posturing to emphasize how the other isnt even trying.
We are all charged magnets in the shape of marbles being rolled around by a drooling child who lives under power lines and eats alot of paint chips.
The internet ruined this country just as this country ruined the internet.
I like going to a Cubs game where they're playing the Cardinals. We're yelling at each other but we're all smiling and having a good time. Looking forward to tailgating with my Maverick. Getting a cooler I can plug in the back.I miss the old days of forums. Late 90s through the end of the 00s was great. Lots of negativity and hate but also a great wealth of information.
Most don't post when things are good.Seems like every post people make about Maverick s someone has so much negativity to post back. Why?
Yeah, unfortunately humans are naturally wired to focus on the negative. You have to force yourself not to. It's kind of evolutionary. I guess you take for granted the good and worry about the bad. Or like when you see a bush if you mistake it for a bear you have a chuckle. But if you see a bear and mistake it for a bush, you have a problem....If one only focus on negativity, that is all they will see.
Focus your energy elsewhere. I suggest scrolling, learning to not take everything in life as serious, and figuring out why you focus on negativity
Not everyone is going to like what others like. Why should they have to sugar coat things because of another's feelings?
Like the hybrid guys that claim they are better for the environment, their head is stuck in the sand, because they truly only care about mileage. They do not truly care about the environment because they wouldn't support the mining of Lithium, the hazardous waste they are emit.
Plus they'd be jealous that my FX4 4K, lifted with bigger tires can still manage 31mpg.
It is a crocodile.Yeah, unfortunately humans are naturally wired to focus on the negative. You have to force yourself not to. It's kind of evolutionary. That's part of the human condition. Like if your cable/ internet goes out at home. You're going to complain about it. Probably call the company if it happens regularly etc. But if the picture comes in perfect every night, you're not going to call and compliment them for it. That's why they say to list 3 things you're grateful for every morning......There is an old marketing adage that a customer with a negative exprience will tell 10 people but those with a positive experience will tell 2 people. Of course nowadays with social media they can tell thousands of people.
Anyway:

I took my Maverick out for a drive today to sell my BAP wheels and tires. Nothing went wrong! Can you believe it? Not a single issue. Unbelievable! Most don't post when things are good.
You probably remembered the shitty ones more even if they were a relatively small percentage.Worked in retail a long time, people suck
So theoretically if you lived about 4 miles from work what kind of mileage would you get on your daily commute?I feel ya, on an unrelated note, check out my MPG high score.

Iv'e had enough . You all stop this nonsense right now or I will turn this Maverick around ,and no one will get an icecream cone from Dairy Queen .
