Because my garage is too short for a F250 Supercrew.

Just think they are cool and practical, but with each passing month while waiting, I just realize more and more I don’t really need it.

I wanted one this year because my wife's car will be paid off in 2 months. The longer it takes the Mav to get to me, I will just use her payment for a bigger down payment.

The biggest reason I need something new is because my 2000 Ford Ranger is about wore out. It gets me where I need to go but it has seen its best days in the rear view mirror. It needs some work but I refrain putting money into it unless it absolutely has to have something done.

My 2009 Fusion is nearing the end of its life and while I had purchased a 2016 Focus hatch to replace it five years ago, my then teenage son decided that he was more comfortable in the smaller car than the Fusion. As such, I'm still tooling around in the sedan... I also strongly suspect that the Maverick will wind up going to that same son as it will be very useful when he's coaching baseball and I'll finally get my Focus hatch back.

It was a 1987 2dr 2wd originally 2.8 v6
I spent 3 years working on it in my backyard to custom install a 250 straight 6 and powerglide from a 73 Nova into it, 3" drop in back, 2" in front, 4 bbl, headers, dual exhaust into a 2 into 1 muffler, it....was f#%^n sweet until that night...😭

Our present car has 78k miles on it, it can not be towed 4 down behind our motor home and I very much dislike a tow dolly. We wanted the hybrid as after reading the owner’s manual I downloaded it can be towed 4 down whereas the EB can not be. And, we wanted the bed to carry our folding chairs etc. now since I missed the cut off for ordering a hybrid, look is like a long wait to get one as I will not pay the dealer’s ADM.

Mine was a drunk driver on December 29th. Drove up the side of my Nissan Frontier as it was parked in front of my house, then rolled their Cherokee on its side as it got up to the top of my driver's door.

Need a truck. I would've bought used if this great deal hadn't come along. Now I will have a nice truck with plenty of seating and the best mileage for any pickup in the USA. As a plus, it can have all the best options and STILL be a great deal!

Because it checked a lot of boxes and we're not sure when the car market will go back to "normal". We share a car and have no need for another. We probably would have been looking for something else in 2-3yrs, but June '21 seemed like as good a time as ever to order something we wanted.

I'm looking to get a Maverick to have a small truck that will fit in the Garage with my Wife's car. I play in a cover band part time and would be nice to have the truck bed for bigger music equipment when needed. My Bronco Sport Badlands is nice but I would really like a small truck.
Gonna be a while before I can order my Mavrick from the looks of it though since i just found out they stopped taking orders Luckily My Bronco Sport is paid for and only has 1000 miles on it since I work from home and only put about 200 miles on it per month. So by the time I do get a Maverick my Bronco Sport will still be worth something and have really low miles on it.

The wife wanted a hybrid and liked the Maverick plain and simple…

I'll stick with my ‘21 Ranger.

Didn't know the Maverick existed till around 9/4. Decided I wanted one. On 9/8 I ordered xlt white hybrid base and on 12/16 drove it home. Cavana bought my 2016 Volt before delivery of truck. Most people can spout lots of reasons as to why they need something. I just wanted it. Now I have it.
