No, the 999.9 mpg rating you get for moving the truck a few feet doesn't count 😂. Here's mine with an average of 36 mpg over the course of 1,400 miles, up from 35.6 average just a few days ago.

I live in a suburb town of San Antonio so just have to travel under 5 miles round trip for just about anything. The Maverick still surprises me how unpredictable the mpg will be in the 5 and under range. Where round trips of 50 miles regardless of country backroads or cross San Antonio gives me mid to high 40s mpg. I have yet made a longer trip which really bugs me I got the Maverick to get me places the lowly Prius could not. Got a lifetime Parks pass a year ago and only used it to revisit San Antonio local which are free to begin with, mostly, lots of cool new stuff at the gift shops.

Wife drives mostly downhill 5.5 miles city every morning, 70-80mpg. :D

But with her drive home it averages to 43mpg, which is our overall average. Almost ready for our 2nd fillup since we bought it on April fools' day!

We're at 50.4mpg overall in our first 6k miles. About half those miles are my wife's entirely freeway commute. We visit the in-laws about every other weekend. Its ~35 miles away, only about 2 miles on the freeway and the rest is rolling suburban roads. Slightly uphill on the way there. Usually get ~55mpg on the way there and 75-85mpg on the way back. Multiple times I've gotten 100+ when driving back down the canyon (10-30 miles) from hiking or snowshoeing.

On my first long trip from Kansas City to Bennington, NE, which is north of Omaha I got 33.1mpg on my Lariat 2.0 in the Economy mode with speeds ranging from 60 to 80, but majority of time was at 75mph.

Those 10-12 mi trips can really puff the mpg up. Just playing around the other day hypermileing and did over 70 mpg on a 9.4 mi trip, but we all know that is not real world. Like most people, stay in the 42-44 mpg range for real world driving. Just checked my Trip 2 (which has never been reset since buying the truck) and stand at 41.9 for just over 3K miles, probably 80% highway driving.

The screen comes up when you turn the car off after a trip.

This was a little weekend trip between Chicago and Muskegon, MI. Stayed off the interstates taking smaller highways with limits around 45-50mph.

My best full tank has been 49 miles per gallon and my worst is 42 mpg. Not counting the trip from Memphis Tennessee to Aiken Georgia.

This is my worst partial tank. It was from Memphis to Talladega. Cruising at 75-80 mph. I forgot to take a picture when I got to Aiken Georgia but it had gone up to 40 miles per gallon. Interesting that I got better gas mileage in the hilly area while cruising at the same speeds.

That's impressive! I'm at 45.7mpg after about 2,500 miles of driving. 50/50 mix between freeway and side streets. I always switch it to ecomode
